We have used Wishart’s since 1998 for various different jobs including the fitting of 2 boilers and 2 bathrooms. They have always been brilliant. We had to use a different plumber 2 years due to an urgent issue after moving home & Wishart’s were not available to do the work, the work was poor and left us with issues they would not take responsibility for it. The plumbers from Wishart’s came and found the problem and fixed it as well as doing some other work they were friendly, accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend Wishart’s to anyone for any type of plumbing work, we have never been let down.

Remove old J&S Economair 65, plus hot water cylinder and cold tank in loft. Fit new Baxi combi boiler plus J&S Aquair S20 water to air space heater, this heats house via existing warm air floor ducts.
Work performed within time scale, exactly as quoted, plus late requested additional scope. Kyle Bell and apprentice Connor were both very hard capable workers and nothing was too much trouble. The on-site team were ably supported by owner Scott Wishart and Linzi and the rest of the

All in all a good job very well done.

Boiler and hot water tank replaced, and cold water tank removed, then system serviced annually since.
The initial work was only to replace the gas boiler, but it was discovered that the hot water tank was leaking & damaging the floor, so that was added into the job. After some discussion with Scott, it was agreed that the cold water tank in the loft would be done away with to improve the flow rate significantly,
Everything was done in full consultation with myself so I could understand what was going on and why it was necessary, so I could see for myself it wasn't some cowboy adding needless jobs to the list.
All in all, I was very happy at what was done, and the time it took to be completed, and would be very happy to have Wisharts back again.

Boiler Annual Service
Notified from Wishart's Annual Service Due, appointment made, engineer serviced the boiler, courteous & respectful of property.

This time around Wishart’s carried out a boiler service for us and as per normal on time with a friendly service engineer.
They have, over the years, helped us on many occasions from boiler installation, servicing and an emergency visit dealing with a bad leak in our bathroom.
This may sound corny but I wouldn’t use any other company.

A problem with our overflow was quickly resolved with a replacement part fitted on the same day. The plumbing engineer was polite and courteous. Recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

JW Wishart’s have serviced my boiler annually for years since they fitted it, they send out reminders that it’s due and one call books you in. A reminder call the day before gives you an idea of when they’re likely to arrive. All the engineers have been polite, efficient and tidy up after themselves.
They are my first port of call for any issues with my heating.

Shower replacement needed as old on packed up. Called Monday morning, was given Wednesday afternoon for job, then had a call back to say could do Monday afternoon, very impressed with speed, quality and cleanliness of service.

I discovered a leak from our Combi boiler. I contacted Wishart and explained the problem. From first contact it was a really good experience. Linzi in the Wishart office could tell that I was anxious and concerned. She talked me through the immediate issues and promised to get a plumber to us soonest. Wishart are as good as their word. Scott (the boss) arrived within 2hours. he identified the leak and also identified other issues with water pressure serving the boiler and the rest of the house. We agreed that all matters would be attended to within the next couple of days. Kyle (one of the Wishart plumbers) tuned up on time and got to work. All matters were dealt with efficiently. The work was explained to me at each stage. A lovely clean and tidy job. I cannot recommend Wishart highly enough. Top quality advice and work. I will be using them for boiler servicing and any other plumbing issues henceforward. Reasonable prices. These are people you can trust

I had a new Baxi 800 boiler and a new cistern for my toilet fitted.
Every member of Wishart's team is friendly and efficient.
They provide an extremely professional service and the prices they charge are very reasonable.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them as they are so reliable.

Replacement if a radiator. Excellent workmen who were polite and courteous. Considerate when in my home i.e. wearing over shoes to protect the carpet and cleaned up after they had finished the work

Workmen arrived on time, were very pleasant and gave us a rundown to what they were going to do. The two young men gave us feedback throughout the day, were very informative with us, which put our minds at ease and also got a visit from Mr Wishart himself to give a quick check on the boys' work. First class work, and company to use. Always on time, and thoroughly decent people to have in your house.

Flood underneath house. I knew from first call to Linzi she was going to help us. they came out that afternoon and Connor sorted first leak which was the worst one then came back on the Monday and done second one, all done and sorted.

Connor is a credit to their Company, polite, nothing too much trouble and got on with the job.

Definitely recommend.

Costing is reasonable too.

Renewed shower panels in bathroom.
Chad and Jack the plumbers were very professional and curtious.
They completed the work very efficiently.
