Would highly recommend. Trevor spent 3 hours getting to the bottom of my heating problems. Very thorough, genuine and helpful. Explains everything that he has done. Have had bad experiences with other companies in the past but have finally found one I trust. Would now not use anyone else.

We needed a replacement Combi Boiler, asap, as my elderly mother's water tank was leaking and needed replaced. I was recommended to contact Lee, Fife & Lothian Energy Services and I'm glad I did. Came out very quickly, explained exactly what was involved. Received the Quote, which was excellent compared to other quote we received. He carried out the work quickly and and made sure there was little mess. Carpets all had protective covers on all areas of the house they were working in. I had an awkward wee leak hidden behind bathroom walls and under its floor - from working within a very restricted floor cavity to carefully removing and reinserting a large wall tile undamaged, Lee and his apprentice solved every problem with great skill, attitude and humour. Very quick response to my initial contact and fitted me in quickly around his other commitments. Delighted to have found this company and will definitely use again.

We used Trevor and Lee when we moved into the house 11 months ago for gas safety checks, boiler service, bathroom instal etc, I took out their service plan, well the boiler broke down earlier. No hassle, no drama, Trevor came out and assessed and while he was removing the defunct part, Lee brought down the replacement part, all done and dusted. What a company. Gas supply cut to old gas cooker cut and sealed and also an electrician to install new electric cooker.

Lee was very competent and courteous as were the electricians who installed the cooker. Very good service and all were respectful of the property.

Thermal imaging survey completed today by Trevor who was extremely professional, put me at ease, explained the whole process and what was would happen from beginning to end. I got so much more information than I expected from this survey; how my heating works and how to use it more effectively to heat my house economically, where I lose heat and most importantly that my home does not need cavity wall insulation! I have saved £000's by having my survey done and learned more than I could have imagined. I would happily recommend Fife and Lothian Energy Services to everyone, you will not regret this small investment in your home for the enormous gain which you will receive in return. I needed a Hive system installed. After being let down by one trader I got in touch with Lee. He communicated well, told me where the system was on offer if I still needed to buy it, and was cheaper than my first quote. Great service all round.

This is third time I have employed this company within 12 months and the work was as follows on this occasion:

1) Repair leaking washing machine.
2) Source, supply and fit new stainless steel kitchen sink and tap.

Trevor undertook the first job within two days of contact, while Lee completed the second a fortnight later. In both cases, the quality of work was as good as is gets, as was Trevor's choice of sink and tap which my wife and I are delighted with.

Our downstairs cloakroom needed to be modernised and they were patient and understanding with us as we changed requirements during the quotation. Their help and advice helped us get to a satisfactory conclusion. It wasn't a big job but they brought the different trades together and everything worked out perfectly. Boiler replacement - Trevor, Lee and Callum were extremely professional, timely and reliable from start to finish; providing the initial quote to demonstrating the new boiler system controls and explaining the warranty service. The whole installation was completed within a day and they left the work areas immaculate. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

We had a new shower installed including wet wall, enclosure and tray. Trevor dealt with the quote and sourcing parts. Lee and Scott installed. All three guys are superb at what they do, friendly, very tidy workers and extremely conscientious. The job was carried out to the highest standard, other plumbing jobs were also carried out by Lee and we are delighted with it all.
