This is the second time I have bought a boiler from Gas-Tech, the most reliable company. Mannerly, helpful, the tidiness was 100% and everything explained thoroughly. Customer service 100%. Friendly, family run business. Just perfect.

Competent, prompt, very tidy. Cleaned up behind them unlike many plumbers. Excellent.

Service was great from start to finish. Polite staff, very considerate re issues surrounding corona virus (cleaning up, distancing, etc). Very good all round. Would happily recommend.

Have always had excellent service from this company. Phoned them at 9am and someone was there by 9.45am. New boiler was fitted the next morning. You can't get any better than that. Will be the only firm I will ever use.

Had a new combi boiler fitted, from start to finish gas-tech did me proud, gas-tech fitted my first combi 20 years ago and when service/ maintenance costs(from SSE) became just shy of £500 a year I decided on a new one, have made the correct decision, fantastic Fife tradesman/ people, and I cant reccomend highly enough. Would also like to thank Alison in the office, just really good/ easy to deal with.

Great service from start to finish. Very clear communication from getting quote, right through to work being complete. Very professional, work carried out to a very high standard and clean up afterwards leaving house like they had never been there.

Following pre-christmas boiler install. Kevin had inspected faulty gas fire and advised appropriate part to order, emailed Alison when part arrived and arranged an install date. Gas Tec returned- Gary this time on 6 Jan @ 8am, installed new pilot ignition to gas fire. Friendly and knowledgeable, all sorted within an hour. Superb customer service. Recommend to all.

Gas-Tec carried out quite a bit of work for us, including the replacement of our boiler and the fitting of an unvented hot water cylinder and new cold water main. Their professionalism, reliability, flexibility and general helpfulness made them a pleasure to deal with and we would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them. They went above and beyond what we would have expected and set a standard which I suspect is very hard to beat.

After several months of various engineers giving me the wrong information and fitting wrong parts to my heating system, with no heating for June, I decided to call Gas-Tec. They were with me within an hour for a consultation (no pressure, just advice). I had others as well but Gas-Tec came up top with everything. I even asked for them to revisit again as I was unsure. They did this no problem. Best company, best boiler, best advice, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Boiler is amazing, heat unbelievable. 100% from start to finish. Thank you.

Kevin arrived at 8am on Friday to quote for replacing our 19yr old Vokera combi boiler, I had couple of other similarly priced quotes so price not main reason chose Gas Tec. Local Trusted trader and Kevin's professional friendly flexible manner - not salesman - was reason chose, also offered some advice on our gas fire problem. Kevin Able to fit new boiler the next morning (Saturday), within 5 hours we had a new efficient combi boiler up and running with Hive heating controls. Job completed within 48 hours of contacting Alison in the office, we had quality service and good communication at all stages of work. we has new heating System in place for a week to ensure no issues before contacted us to arrange payment, discount available by paying promptly.

We were very impressed with the price and speed. This company provided the installation quickly and cleaned up after them.
