Excellent service from start to finish. Kevin and Gary were very professional installing the boiler and cleaned up after installation. Also was explained how to work the system without a lot of technology involved. I would highly recommend Gas Tec to anyone.

I had a radiator leak on Saturday morning and was worried I would struggle to get someone out. I called Gas-Tec who arrived at the property within 30 minutes. The engineer was very friendly and very helpful and fixed the leak quickly. Excellent service and excellent quality of work too. I have just arranged for them to come back in August to do a couple more jobs. 10/10.

During lockdown our boiler broke down and could not be repaired - so no heating or hot water. Gas-Tec came out (suitably protected) and a new boiler was installed - as my husband is in the shielding group for Corona virus, and feels the cold terribly we were grateful for their care and prompt delivery.

This is the second time I have bought a boiler from Gas-Tech, the most reliable company. Mannerly, helpful, the tidiness was 100% and everything explained thoroughly. Customer service 100%. Friendly, family run business. Just perfect.

Have always had excellent service from this company. Phoned them at 9am and someone was there by 9.45am. New boiler was fitted the next morning. You can't get any better than that. Will be the only firm I will ever use.

Had a new combi boiler fitted, from start to finish gas-tech did me proud, gas-tech fitted my first combi 20 years ago and when service/ maintenance costs(from SSE) became just shy of £500 a year I decided on a new one, have made the correct decision, fantastic Fife tradesman/ people, and I cant reccomend highly enough. Would also like to thank Alison in the office, just really good/ easy to deal with.

Great service from start to finish. Very clear communication from getting quote, right through to work being complete. Very professional, work carried out to a very high standard and clean up afterwards leaving house like they had never been there.

Following pre-christmas boiler install. Kevin had inspected faulty gas fire and advised appropriate part to order, emailed Alison when part arrived and arranged an install date. Gas Tec returned- Gary this time on 6 Jan @ 8am, installed new pilot ignition to gas fire. Friendly and knowledgeable, all sorted within an hour. Superb customer service. Recommend to all.

Gas-Tec carried out quite a bit of work for us, including the replacement of our boiler and the fitting of an unvented hot water cylinder and new cold water main. Their professionalism, reliability, flexibility and general helpfulness made them a pleasure to deal with and we would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them. They went above and beyond what we would have expected and set a standard which I suspect is very hard to beat.
