Contacted the firm for a boiler service; to change a radiator; to move a wall themostat, and to install 2 thermostatic radiator valves onto existing radiators. All work completed with the absolute minimum of fuss, everything clean and tidy and the engineers were pleasant and helpful.
I also asked one of them to give me a quick intro to the pressurised non-vented system in the house and he was very informative and clear.
Will definitely use Gas-Tec (Fife) again and highly recommend them.

Used Gas-Tec 5 years ago for a new boiler install at previous address in Cowdenbeath and would not fault them. Now at new address in Dunfermline Gas-Tec gave nest quote from 3 for another new boiler install and gave excellent advice without any "hard sell". Friendly and helpful installing engineer who fixed previous old installer faults and explained all workings. Also gave best annual service costs by good margin which included a 'pensioner' discount.

Arrived at the time they said. Covered surfaces in case of damage. Very pleasant workers, cheery. Put boiler in quicker than I thought. Explained how it worked. Nice lady on telephone.

On time, value for money: very polite, very clean, very trusting, was billed 4 weeks later. Would recommend. Full changeover of gas boiler plus two radiators in, out, one man. All within 8 hours. Marvellous.
