My boiler gave a loud bang on 8th March and it completely shut down. I called Gas-Tec who came out the same day. I ordered a new boiler and Gas-Tec came and put the new one in on Saturday 9th March. Very nice and obliging. I can't thank them enough.

They were quick to deal with our crisis and did a good job at replacing the old boiler with a new one and showing us how to work the new boiler. They guys that did the job were nice and mannerable.

I have been a customer of Gas-Tec for many years. In January I needed a new boiler. Gas-Tec were extremely efficient in installing the new boiler and very helpful in explaining the workings. My Combi Boiler broke down on the day (Wednesday) a very cold spell of weather started. I contacted Gas-Tec and they promptly arranged for a new boiler to be fitted on the following Monday. I was very pleased with this as I was concerned it would take much longer, leaving me without any hot water or heating. The boiler was fitted by Kevin and one of his colleagues while I was at work. When I came home from work I was very impressed to find the new boiler installed and the area of work was very tidy and clean - there was no sign that any work had been done that day. I found Kevin (and all the team at Gas-Tec) very easy to work with and I was delighted with their honesty, hard work and professionalism. Would 100% recommend Gas-Tec !

My old boiler stopped working at night. Gas-Tec came at 8am the next morning. It was too old to fix, therefore they gave me an acceptable quote for a new boiler. Even though the next day was a Saturday which they don't normally work, they appeared at 8am and by 11.30 they had fitted my new boiler. An exceptional service.

From the start everything was excellent. No problems with this trader at all.

Girls in office very helpful, phone calls and paperwork. Gas technician very good, tidied up after the job was done. Payment made after satisfied with work. No pressure to pay until satisfied that work had been done to my satisfaction.

This experience of purchasing a new boiler has been perfect from getting an estimate, installation and after checks. All staff were competent, polite and tidy. The installation was very slick. 10 out of 10.

Very efficient service, work carried out with minimal disruption. Wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future and would recommend to others.
