The chosen date for Instilation was met and started on time.
From the very start of choosing the Bathroom Suite, shower, flooring, Roofing & Wet Wall, it was all made so much easier by the patience of Grieg. As it had to be changed due to stock availability. We were offered plenty choices, even told where to go to view it in person. Grieg helped us select Taps for both our shower and sink due to my mobility issues.
The Quality of all the products have been first class.
Andy the Installer & Plumber, has gone beyond anyone who has ever worked for us. His attention to detail is second to none, even more so when his client has OCD, and every line has to be perfect.
He came up against a few obstacles, but together we have all agreed a very happy outcome.

Having just returned home from hospital after an amputation, we called G C Heating & Plumbing Ltd and asked them to install a taller wc and take away the old unit. We requested the job done asap.

Greg came the following morning to give us a quote, which we accepted and an appointment was made for 2 days' time. However, that lunchtime Greg rang to say his team were able to call that afternoon if suitable with us, and we jumped at the opportunity.

They arrived promptly, took out the old wc installed the new wc with updated fittings and job was done. Can't thank them enough for their quick responses and clean and tidy work. For some time I had an old boiler, in fact one that was in my property when my wife and I moved into our house in 2002. It was a boiler with a gravity water fed system with a huge antiquated water heater tank. Apologies for the incorrect terminology. My wife and I realised that we needed to change it as virtually every time we walked passed it, it would growl at us.

Where could we turn for help? We contacted GC Heating and Plumbing and spoke to Greg. From the start Greg was very professional and friendly and his product knowledge was fantastic.

He advised us on various boilers and we opted for a combi - boiler for their energy efficiency.

Greg and his team were exceptionally efficient and wasted no time in assisting with ordering, then installing our chosen boiler, even returning in his own time to provide further insulation which to be fair we did not expect.

Fitting of modern bi-directional thermostatic radiator valves. Very prompt service. Andy was very thorough checking that all radiators and the central heating was working correctly before leaving. Would strongly recommend.

I have used This company for approx 10 years. I have several rental properties and greg and his team do all my servicing and have supplied and fitted 10 boilers for me. They have also fitted several bathrooms and do all my plumbing maintenance.
Their work is always of the highest quality and the property is always left spotlessly clean.

We recently moved to a new house and had an issue with water pressure and a very old old boiler. Greg came out to discuss our options and we made a plan. Work to replace our boiler was scheduled in quickly and the team arrived promptly on the morning and worked efficiently throughout the day.
