Fife Windows and Doors have been excellent to work with: all the staff were courteous and respectful, from the initial sales man through to the surveyor and fitters. I felt they worked well together as a team, delivering a high quality product with good attention to detail. I would highly recommend their workmanship.

I have had two rotten old windows and and an ancient, non working patio door all replaced today by Fife Windows and Doors and I am absolutely DELIGHTED with the results. The two tradesmen arrived on time, covered all my flooring and never stopped working! They were really friendly and asked about my requirements as needed. The result is a totally transformed dining room and kitchen! Wish my other windows were as good. Thank you!

We had a new composite door fitted today and are delighted with the end result! Joiner Ben arrived on time, was very friendly and did a great job. Very tidy no mess left. Also fitted a replacement double glazed window pane and again a great job. Would definitely recommend this company!

We never felt under any pressure to buy! Calls answered promptly from the main office. No frills but great service, great product! Architect's site visits on time and service to complete drawings, building warrants first class. Tradesmen skilled, friendly and approachable, on time as promised and final checks carried out by project manager. 10 Year guarantee confirmed. Very pleased.

Excellent service from beginning to end, had a dozen windows replaced. First off they have a good showroom where you can choose your product, the sales person arrived promptly and was clear and honest with none of the usual sales pressure. Installation was done bang on schedule and the chaps did a great job, including cleaning up thoroughly every day. It was even easy to pay the bill by bank transfer. All told they were a pleasure to deal with, everything happened exactly as promised with no fuss or hassle. Would that all contractors behaved this way!

Got a new front door from fife windows and doors. Couldn’t fault the service from beginning to end. Very helpful and no hard sell. Great selection, it was easy to find what we wanted at a very good price. We had to wait a while but that’s to be expected at the moment!
The lad that fitted the door was polite, efficient and did a great job! He tidied everything up after himself!

Communications from the start to the finish were always clear and well presented. All our questions were answered clearly and never dodged. All the workers and sub-contractors used were very pleasant and also communicated excellently.

From the initial enquiry my wife and I were impressed by the sales representative's approach, not a pressure sale but an honest assessment of the situation due to covid related problems. We decided to accept Fife Windows' quotation. After acceptance of the quotation, we were surprised by how efficiently the erection of the conservatory was undertaken. All trades involved were excellent, all arriving to commence work on the agreed dates and all works completed on the agreed date.
My wife and I are very pleased with the high standard of work by all trades and the final result, an excellent conservatory. I would recommend this company for its excellent quality of work and also staff.

We initially decided to scope a conservatory and did our due diligence with quotes from different companies.

The Fife Windows and Doors (FW&D) salesperson Ian was helpful and friendly and there was no brinkmanship, basically the price quoted was what you would pay. The quote for the FW&D conservatory, known as a Livin Room, was in the region of what we expected and it should be said, almost half of a well known Scotland wide company.

By the time we decided that we would go ahead with the Livin Room, we also got a quote for new windows, front door and roofline. Again, the quote was in the region of what we would have expected and we agreed to go ahead with all of the work.

Mike was thereafter the contact at FW&D and he kept us well informed of what work would be carried out and when.

The roofline and windows were the first job to be done and this was started and completed on time. The guys that attended to carry out the work were polite and respectful of our property and we are delighted with both the quality of the fitting and the products themselves.

The Livin Room was then started. Again, Mike kept in regular contact as this involved a number of sub-contractors attending. This was completed on time and again we are delighted with the product. We would also praise the sub-contractors, builders, electricians, plumbers and decorators, as well as the FW&D guys who were all pleasant to have around the house and had a great work ethic.

In the weeks that followed, given the amount of work that was done it was understandable that there would be minor snagging issues, and these were all dealt with without any hassle and promptly.

In summary, I would highly recommend FW&D. From the sales team right through to the aftercare, we can not fault the process and the product is excellent (goodness knows what the extra £1000’s get you when you go with other companies??).

This is a local Fife based company and in our view there is no need to look any further than them for new windows/conservatories etc.

From first contact till the completed work can't fault this company. The quality of their product, the craftmanship of the installers, the clean and tidy way they worked, we were really impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.
