We have full public liability insurance allowing their qualified tradesmen to cover all aspects of domestic and commercial building works be it at your home or on business premises. Our workmanship is of a high standard, and only use the highest quality products to complete all work to an exceptional standard.

Electrical
We offer the full range of electrical cover. From replacing a faulty socket in your kitchen to full new electrical installation
Re wires, indoor and outdoor lighting, full fuseboard/consumer units replaced or upgraded.
Plumbing
gas works , full replacement boilers, boiler repairs and servicing. All work carried out by our selected gas engineer.
Bathroom installations from design to completion.
We have a supply and fit service or if you have your own material we offer an installation service.

New flooring and skirtings fitted to hall and living room. Ronan and Marc arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently through the day. Very good job done and everything was tidied up and no mess left afterwards. Will definitely contact Bain & Sons in the future to do more work.

Fitted LVT flooring in kitchen and utility. Very knowledgeable and was able to advise what flooring was best. Job completed quickly. Great finish. Left the kitchen clean and tidy.

We had a deck fitted in our back garden. Lads had a hard time getting through the boulders and rocks but they persevered. Every person there was always professional, polite and tidy. The lads arrived when they said they would and worked hard. Highly recommend and will definitely use Allan and his team again.

Allan and his team took on our kitchen fit after we were let down by another fitter and I'm so glad they did, pointed out things to me that hadn't been in our pre fit/survey and we amend as we went. There had been no organisation or communication on previous fitter so the guys came into a nighmare, but they cracked on and got on quickly. We aslo had a nightmare of an electrician too and I decided I didn't want to continue with him and Allan swiftly got me another who was little more expensive but we were happy as clearly knew his work and carried out the job to a high standard. A couple wee delays but that was due to suppliers but Allan got things ordered and kept me up to date. I'd definitely recommend these guys ,on time, polite, hardworking and treated my house with respect at all times. I've also spoke to Allan regarding a bathroom fit but nothing 0lanned as yet but I'd deff use in the near future for this.

Small cold horrible room has been fully renovated and insulated. Some challenges around pipes but no bother to Allan. Room is lovely now - can’t wait to get it carpeted and furnished. Thanks for a great job.

Had old cladding on house removed, and new cladding fitted. Allan and his team were hard working and made what looked like a difficult job very easy, all rubbish was removed ,and the new cladding looks absolutely fantastic, all of this for a very good price, i would not hesitate to recommend, or use this firm again for any joinery/building work, excellent firm.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Bain and Sons joinery. When I called, Allan arrived the same day to price the job and was able to fit me in without a problem. That kind of reliability will ensure I will most certainly be using Bain and Son Joinery for any other work I need done.

Allan and his team installed our new kitchen.
Allan gave ideas in the planning of our kitchen and carried out all work required from start to finish.
Everything was done in a very efficient and tidy manner. Delighted with the standard of workman ship and wouldn't hesitate to use Allan Bain and Sons again.

We have had a new kitchen installed and Allan Bain was our fitter. We found him to be very pleasant and really helpful as we had a few issues which he dealt with in no time. The men were very good in the fitting, work they did was great and not much disruption at all. Was kept informed as to how it was progressing and what would be done each day. I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone.

Allan came out to refit and seal our toilet as was leaking. Very prompt response with a quote for the job, gave details of what would be involved cost wise etc. Very professional and friendly, wore a mask due to covid restrictions. Tidied up after job completed. Very happy, have recommended to a few people already and will definitely use again!

We had a heated towel rail fitted in our shower room and sockets fitted in one of our bedrooms. We also had plastering work done in the same bedroom which entailed covering existing Artex. All work was carried out quickly and on the days promised. Both tradesmen were friendly and obliging. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any one thinking of having work carried out.
