We have full public liability insurance allowing their qualified tradesmen to cover all aspects of domestic and commercial building works be it at your home or on business premises. Our workmanship is of a high standard, and only use the highest quality products to complete all work to an exceptional standard.

We offer the full range of electrical cover. From replacing a faulty socket in your kitchen to full new electrical installation

Plumbing
gas works , full replacement boilers, boiler repairs and servicing. All work carried out by our selected gas engineer.

Did some supplementary works in my new kitchen. I am very happy with the finished work. All the workers worked quickly and efficiently and nothing seemed to be a problem! Everything was left tidy afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Allan was quick whilst responding to my enquiry and he managed to get me fitted in to view my job, his team came round and checked out what was needing done so he could price accordingly ,once he was able to give me an accurate quote the job was completed within 2 hours and to tye highest standard , will use again

Moved into an older property and required some work to correct and update our wiring and consumer unit. Guys were great, came out next working day to review, received quote within couple days and work carried out 2 days later. Mathew was great, explained issues he had found and what would be required. Work was carried out quickly on the day, just feel bad he had to squeeze himself into the smallest cupboard ever to do the work. Would definitely recommend this company and will use in the future.

Got some sockets replaced and added, and a slanted bathroom ceiling lowered, with downlights and a smart looking pic cladding over it. Also a new extractor fan for the bathroom. Very high quality of work produced, all workmen involved were polite and let me know timescales etc of each job. Overall very happy with the work done.

Garage conversion done by Alan and his team. MA Design & Build got the building warrant. Joiners, electrician and apprentice, painters, bricklayer/builder and plumber all 5 star workers. my wife and I are very happy with the new room and have already had very good comments from visitors. We would recommend Fife Renovations.

The electrician and apprentice, Lewis and Devon, did a fantastic job; they were professional and finished to a very high standard. They changed my consumer unit, rewired my kitchen and oven, changed location and fitted all my lights. I liked that they advised me on how things should be located from a safety point of view but also listened to how I would like to see my kitchen.
Thank you very much; it looks great and working well. I recommend you to my best friend and look forward to working together on my bathroom.

They replaced the wooden decking in my garden. They made an excellent job of it, worked fast and were friendly and explained what it would entail before hand. We are extremely pleased with the finished replacement deck, and would use them again.

I had sliding mirrored doors supplied and fitted to my built in wardrobe. I also had a tall timber gate and posts fitted in my back garden.
The work was done quickly and efficiently and with no mess left.

Allan and his colleague came at the time they had arranged. They listened to my needs and made suggestions of their own which helped get the right products for changing our door locks
Quality of the job was first class and after having such a bad experience with tenants they lifted my spirits with ensuring my property was secure and safe and gave great attention to detail that both locks worked well and also looked good as we have a Victorian property

I phoned on behalf of an elderly service user where I work and the guys were so nice and arranged to come look at the problem the next day. They arrived and helped fixed the problem for free as it was only a half an hour job. They then contacted me telling me they had been out and fixed the problem. Nice guys, very professional and going about and beyond to help us out. Thanks lads.

Got Bain and Sons to come in to fit our new kitchen from Wren. Being an approved Wren fitter they were the obvious choice. Allan Bain came to survey the kitchen prior to commencing the work and I was very impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable he was, even making some recommendations that I wouldn't have considered myself that I then took to my Wren designer. When work commenced, his team of tradesmen came in over 4 days and did a superb job of fitting our kitchen.
Would definitely use Bain and Sons again and recommend them to anyone else.

Fabulous work by Allan and his team. They carried out remedial repairs to a kitchen from Wren and came to us late Friday afternoon and worked until after 8pm til everything was sorted. Super immaculate work and the place was so clean and tidy afterwards. After 4 months of kitchen hell they swooped in like 2 superheroes and got the mess sorted. Very polite and funny and l would defo recommend the Company to any of you out there.
