I have been being eaten alive in my own home and found a few fleas! One quick call with Andy, and he promptly arrived and sorted the problem :)
He was kind, courteous and efficient. Took the time to listen and understand, and then treated the problem and coped with my anxiety and desire to get rid of them asap.
Thoroughly recommend Fife Pest Control Service and I won't hesitate to call if I am ever plagued by anything in the future - although praying that I'm not!

During the Covid Outbreak... I started hearing scratching through my walls. Being a ‘google expert!’ (as some of us tend to be these days....) and a big ‘fearty!!!!’ I knew this wasn’t something I could solve myself. I was already having sleepless nights that swarms of wasps were going to invade my home (I saw one wasp enter my home under the eaves!) or that my house would be eaten from the inside out by an infestation of rats/mice.
Then after calling ‘Fife Pest Control Services’... along came Andy to my rescue. Never a more genuine worker in their post who straight away listened to my ‘theories’ and put me at ease. As it was during ‘lockdown last also- he was fully equipped for this so I vacated the premises to let him get on with the job. He knew it was most likely not wasps but for my anxiety levels I asked him to treat the eaves. We kept in touch over the next few days and as the noise worsened he came back as laid bait for what he knew this to be. He then came back again... to check up all was in hand. He was absolutely outstanding with his professionalism, you could just tell that he cared about the customer and what the problem was. He was there until the problem was well and truly solved. I will certainly be recommending them to any other ‘unfortunate’ household who is in need of a fantastic and reliable company. Well done and thank you.

Andy got in touch early the next day after I made contact on a Sunday - following the discovery of a wasp's nest. He visited in the afternoon and completed the work very efficiently and very professionally within the hour. Called Andy from Fife Pest Control Services as we had a problem with rats. Came along within the hour and talked me through everything. Dealt with the problem there and then and revisited me a week later. Job done and problem solved. Couldn’t recommend Andy highly enough. Absolute value for money and a very nice, personable guy. Having been totally freaked out by finding a mouse on my couch I got in touch with Andy after a sleepless night! He came round that afternoon and talked me through everything and explained how the bait would work. He gave example of more extreme reactions than mine making feel a little better!

He then kept in touch until his followup appointment the following week and then made sure the house was mouse free before leaving.

The best customer service ever! We had a rodant keeping us awake for a few nights and we just couldn't catch it. Called these guys and the came out the same day to look at the house. Andrew returned for 3 Fridays in a row before we were rodant free all for one of fee with no extra charges.He was always on the other side of an email if I had any questions. I would highly recommend this company for future use.

Andy was fantastic. He arrived quickly after the call, checked in when I needed him, talked me through the whole process, and checked and baited the house thoroughly for me. He even fixed my washing machine hose after a rat had chewed it!

Andy was very prompt, friendly and reassuring, would definitely call him again if we have any kind of pest problems...but hopefully won't need to!

Wasps nests removed from attic. Very prompt service,carried out efficiently. Would recommend to anyone needing this service

Called this morning as we had lots of wasps over the weekend, and an old nest in a shed that seemed to have live wasps in it. Agreed a price - what I was expecting from someone who had used them. Company turned up this afternoon, advised 2 nests, and as both were dead there was no charge. Knowledgeable and honest.

Wasps were nesting in a wall cavity outside my house which I needed removed. Andy was able to do the job next day. Local, friendly and professional and got the job done - no more wasps.
