Andy was so quick to respond to our query, coming the same afternoon we contacted him. He was so friendly and knowledgeable which put me at ease immediately. The nest was dealt with equally as quickly and Andy even offered to come back free of charge if the issue was not fully resolved. I would have no hesitation in using Andy again if similar issue arose.

I left a message on Fife Pest Control answering machine and I was contacted within an hour. I explained that I had a wasp nest in my shed & Andrew offered to remove the next day. Although I was at work Andrew offered to remove the nest and leave the invoice for me to pay later.

We had a problem with rats in the garden. Andy came out the morning after I called, assessed the situation and put bait down the same day. The problem appears largely resolved within a week and more visits have been offered if necessary. Very knowedgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

Andy came within 24 hours of initial phone call to help get rid of an ant problem in our house. Top class service, such a nice person who explains everything and offers advice, will not hesitate to use again if needed and recommend. 5 stars

Excellent service. Had got mice in house loft/walls. Andy investigated inside and outside for access holes. Laid poison in two or three places. Returned week later to check and clean up and as precaution left some poison in loft and filled in outside hole where mice had got in.

Andy Stewart came out to help us with a rat problem in our loft. Despite sending the enquiry on the Saturday night when they weren't working, we received a text to confirm that they would attend on the Monday. He was on time for both visits and provided excellent communication throughout. He was able to identify the issue, potential entry routes and put down the effective bait. He visited a week later to confirm that the rats had gone and gave us great follow up info to keep on top of it going forward. I would thoroughly recommend Andy and Fife Pest Control Services.

Could not be happier with the service we received from Andy at Fife Pest Control in dealIng with a group of rats that had moved into the walls and attic of our house. From the very first call, Andy impressed as a super professional, knowledgeable and helpful guy. Really pleasant and reliable, he arranged to visit very promptly, made an assessment, left some treatment (with clear guidance for us) and returned as promised to finish the job. A 10/10 experience.

On discovering a mouse in my home I called Fife Pest Control and Andy visited my house the same day. He informed me of cost up front. After checking the house the main area where the mice were was quickly identified and treatment carried out, arriving promptly for a follow up visit. Polite, professional and very reassuring. Andy also offered advice and tips on how to mouseproof the house to deter future infestation. I would highly recommend to others.

I found a very large Bee ‘Bike ‘ in the roof of my garage. The activity was such that I could barely access the garage due to the numbers swarming about. Having contacted Mr Stewart for his help he attended the next Dayto start the process of their removal returning in four days time as stated to remove the bike from its position and clearing up , checking that the bike was indeed “finished”. Mr Stewart was polite, informative, and professional in all his dealings and I would have no hesitation to contact him again, if the occasion arose, or of recommending him to anyone with a similar problem.

Andy also removes loft insulation ( not just pests) I had Fiberglass insulation in my attic which I wanted removed as I hate this stuff. I called a few insulation firms to be told we don’t remove we only put insulation in and 2 firms didn’t even call back. Then spotted Andy’s page THANK GOODNESS. I found Andy to be very professional and helpful, turned up on time put all his protection gear on and got on with the job till it was all completed and also vacuumed the attic. I was very happy with Andy’s work and would definitely recommend. THANKS AGAIN.
