From the first phone call to the last phone call the friendliness and professionalism of the staff of this company was first rate.
At point of contact my needs were discussed and a survey visit date and time was given and adhered to.
Gentleman discussed my options and advised what he thought was best for my garage (large garage not normal size but not quite double door size) but at no time did he try to sway my final decision.
Contacted again by company to arrange fitting of my door, date and time agreed and guys arrived promptly on the day and immediately started dismantling of my old door, guys were friendly and very professional throughout and on completion left the area clean and tidy.
Lastly the day after my garage door was fitted I had a problem with my door ( ABSOLUTELY MY FAULT AND NOT THE COMPANIES) but I phoned the company at 9am and spoke with a lovely lady and explained my issues and WOW within 1 hour the gentleman who initially surveyed my garage had arrived and sorted the problem at no cost to myself (exceptional service and customer relations) would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Prompt, well dressed, polite, tidy, hard workers. They took pride in their work and did a beautiful job. Pleasant, helpful office staff.

They recommend their entry level door, they didn't try to talk me up for a dearer door - as we didn't need it. Really appreciated that. Great contact from them regarding installation dates. A new side hinge garage door was fitted to replace a very old garage up and over door that's springs had broken and it had rusted. They kept me up to date with the ordering of the garage door, it's arrival and suggested date for installation. Very professional at all times. The two workmen who came to do the installation were very kind and polite and cleaned up afterwards. They also gave me some advice and options regarding my roof and tidying up the rest of the garage which helped.

Really positive experience from attending the showroom, to getting the quote to the actual door being fitted. I felt respected and listened to, got exactly what I wanted with no upselling or pressure put on me.
