The quote for a full house heating installation comprising of Bosch Worcester Life 8000 boiler in loft, 8 rads including towel rail and associated pipe work was very competitive. All top class components were used throughout.
As my time frame was very tight Bob pulled out all the stops to ensure the job was quick and clean without cutting any corners.

Installation of new Combi boiler and removal of old boiler etc. Contacted Crawford on Tuesday following boiler breakdown. Plumber visited same day a new boiler installed by Friday.

Had a replacement Oil Central Heating boiler supplied , fitted, commissioned at short notice. Service was excellent, price was spot on, with no hidden extras. Job carried out to the highest standard. As well as installing our new boiler a few years ago, and regularly servicing at a reasonable price, he has fixed a leak from our pipes and most recently fixed a humming, vibration sound in our house when we ran hot water.

I emailed him around midday to advise about the issue we had. He replied advising what he thought what was the problem. Fixed the next day. Fab service. Great peace of mind to know how the problem occurred and to know that it is fixed.

Called and left a voicemail in the evening on New Year's Day as our pressure had gone down on the boiler and we had no hot water. Within minutes I had received a text asking to check we were local. Within an hour, Bob had been out, fixed the problem and shown us how to resolve this ourselves in the future as well as explained a few other features on our boiler as we had only recently moved into this house. Amazing service (especially for so late on New Year's Day). Would highly recommend to anyone.

External central heating flue damaged during stormy weather on Boxing day. Phoned Bob who came out to see problem, he sourced part and gave us a quote. Within 24 hours part was fitted. Excellent job, highly delighted with service provided. Would highly recommend this company.

Brian came and fixed my toilet. He was very polite and considerate, he also cleaned up after himself and explained exactly what he had done to fix the issue. He also wore a face covering the whole time he was in my house without me having to ask, which I really appreciate. Couldn’t have asked for better service, right from booking the visit by text with Bob, to Brian coming and fixing the issue - it has been painless and 5* service.

Really pleased with new Worcester Bosch boiler installed by Bob in October - no issues to report and everything ran super smoothly.

He was quick to respond to my initial contact request through the Worcester website and able to visit soon after to discuss options to replace ageing conventional boiler. This was followed up soon after with detailed quotes for a couple of system boiler models that met my requirements.

There was excellent responsiveness and communication throughout the process. He arrived on time and completed the work to agreed specification/timeline. No mess left behind and user guide/documentation handed over.

Crawford Heating Systems installed a new central heating boiler and a replacement radiator at our home, at the same time removing the old boiler and tank and altering the piping. Quite simply they are one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. They arrived on time and worked late to complete the job that day. The quality of their work was of a very high standard and they checked everything thoroughly before they left. Nothing was too much trouble and they completed the work exactly as we asked. Bob Crawford even dropped in a week later when he was in the area to check with us that everything was working satisfactorily.

As a retired plumber and heating engineer who installed lots of Worcester boilers over the years I know they are good. I contacted Bob via the Worcester website and had a quick response. After sending a few photos of the old boiler and flue etc I received the quote, accepted, given a installation date on which it was fitted. I know with experience Bob knew the job well.
