We had a full boiler change and some new pipework installed by Crawford heating systems. Bob turned up when he said he would, with all required components. He worked diligently, efficiently and in a clean and very professional manner.
New boiler is a marked improvement over our old one and the 10 year guarantee is a great piece of mind.
Work area was left clean and tidy and I was thoroughly informed of how to use the new equipment.

Wow, what can I say? Everything was superb from start to finish. I’d requested a quote for the job through check-a-trade in the afternoon, and within 2 hours Bob had emailed with initial questions and requesting some photos of the existing boiler. That was all he needed! He quoted for a couple of different sizes of boiler and once we’d decided he ordered everything up. The bonus was he was able to fit us in within a week - and it being just before Christmas, too. All our communication was via email, and Bob was really responsive - even emailing late at night. He emailed me when he was on his way and arrived at the time he said. Then he got on with the job. No fuss. It was just brilliant. We now have a shiny new boiler which has future proofed our house. He worked diligently, kept the place clean and tidy, and was very courteous and friendly. He completed the job within the time he’d estimated. All in all, we are extremely pleased with the service we received and we would highly recommend him. 5 stars!

Bob fitted a new combi boiler to replace an ageing boiler in my home.

He was an absolute pleasure to deal with - very knowledgeable, easy to get a hold of, professional, answered any queries, and he did exactly what he promised to do. His quality of work is also excellent.

A new boiler is a fairly substanial outlay for most people, so finding a trustworthy fitter is important and Bob definitely ticks that box. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family and I'm very happy with the work done!

Replacement boiler.
Bob arrived on time with all the parts needed for the job. Got to work straight away, clean and tidy workman, my grandchildren were in while work was being carried out and Bob made sure that the little spillage of water from the old builder was wiped up straight away so no one slipped. Excellent service and top boiler fitted that works amazingly, would highly recommend. Will definitely use this company again.

House Move. Once our date of entry was confirmed, Bob came out promptly to check over the gas boiler, radiators, bathroom and kitchen plumbing to ensure they were in working order.
