Quiet, in a nice way, but friendly when in the house and very careful with everything - materials, furniture, etc. Phoned to check after completion to see if everything was ok. Emails always answered promptly. Turned up within 15 minutes of arranged time. Professional and friendly. Protected my new carpets! Some of the guys even took their shoes off.
