Annak Plumbing & Heating are an established family run business covering Dunfermline & surrounding areas.
After serving a combined 39 years at Scottish Gas, ourselves Stuart & Paul, decided to put all our trade skills & energy into our own business.
Dedicated to providing a professional & efficient service we also want all aspects of our business to have a personal touch. Which has started with our business name, Annak. The initials of our children from both families - Amie, Neve, Naia, Alfie & Kieran.
We look forward to visiting our existing customers & welcoming our new.

Contacted on Sunday regarding a leak from bathroom and they came out first thing the following morning. They located the leak and fixed it within 2 hours for a very reasonable price.

We had an excellent experience and are over the moon with the service we received from Annak plumbing and heating. Due to our existing boiler issues we got booked in quickly, had a face to face consultation and a quick estimate was provided. On the day Stuart and Paul worked tirelessly to replace the new boiler for us, not leaving until they were satisfied everything was 100%. We had great communication, fantastic workmanship, and we love our new boiler and hive system. Great hard working, honest and highly professional team. We could not recommend them highly enough.

Replaced my twenty year old Ariston boiler, wasn't an easy job as the flu was not straight and the pipework was next to base units in my kitchen. All these problems were overcome using their years of experience and skills.
From start to finish was an absolute pleasure to deal with these guys, friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. I have used a lot of trades over the years and these guys were by far the best I have dealt with and at a very good price.

Annak fitted a new boiler and renewed a lot of pipework for me and I'm really pleased with it. From initial assessment to the final installation they were professional, reliable, thorough and excellent value for money. Took care to protect flooring and cleaned up after the job. Highly recommend!

Paul and Stuart installed a new boiler to my property. Their work ethic was fantastic. Both very nice and pleasant to have in my home over two days whilst carrying out the necessary work.
They gave me a very competitive price and I was extremely happy with the service that was provided. Very tidy and thorough in their work.

I had two radiators flushed because they were not heating properly and the boiler serviced. All work was explained, done really quickly and everything works fine now.

Blocked pipework to a radiator replaced and a new radiator fitted. Top class service and the despite the floors and carpets upstairs needing to be lifted you would never know any work had been done when it was finished. Can't fault and would strongly recommend.

I’ve used this company twice now to help look into issues I was having with my heating system.
They were honest and helpful on both occasions and I couldn’t recommend them any higher, first class in every aspect of their work.

5 days of hard graft at my house, (mostly under the floorboards), replacing shoddy materials used in the pipe work in the Thistle houses. Plus the replacement of obsolete boiler and all the radiators, clogged up with gunge. Couldn’t have picked a better company to have carried out the work. Boys worked really hard the entire time they were in my home, tidy, polite and dependable. You deserved your holidays straight afterwards! 100% will continue to use them for annual service and any future work, (hopefully in more than 10 years!). Oh, ………… and I LOVE a wee boost from my Hive ; )
