Shower started leaking which was found to be due to water seeping through the tiling grout, rendering the shower unusable. Contacted Andy and explained that I needed the shower fixed urgently due to my wife's mobility issues.
He kindly rearranged his schedule and was able to re-grout the whole shower cubicle. The work was to an incredibly high standard and the price very reasonable for what was involved.

I have used Andy for several jobs now and always found him both reliable and genuine. Highly recommended.

Andy and son replaced a broken loft ladder, and identified why it had broken. Took the time to properly align the new unit and it’s now quiet and smooth in operation. Andy's lad was wonderfully polite, and respectful of my home. He quickly established the water coming into the kitchen was due to failed silicone around the shower tray upstairs. He replaced the old silicone and the water no longer comes in to the kitchen.

09/06/23 - Excellent service. Initially popping in to check what was required, they stayed and repaired a leaky cistern. Also tightened mixer tap in kitchen which had become loose. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company.

Andy and his son replaced my bath with a new shower cubicle, complete wetwall, flooring and new worktop. It was a job that grew as I changed my mind but nothing fazed them. I’m thrilled with the end job. I used Andy previously for storm damage repairs and was really happy with the job.

Asked him if he could supply and fit a new shower tap as ours was leaking. As a result a day was agreed very soon after asking. Andy turned up bang on time and the job was done very quickly and without fuss.

I had been let down badly by other Tradesmen and was stressed to bits and Andy was my knight in shining armour.

Upvc window damaged in recent storms, the wind somehow broke and removed part of the frame on the first floor.
Despite difficulties sourcing materials and further challenges due to the weather, Andy was able to carry out a high quality repair at a competitive price.

I needed a leaking kitchen tap replaced.

The tap was replaced quickly and at a good price.
Social distancing was maintained, a window was left open and masks worn.

I had a burst/leaking pipe just below my boiler in the attic, which had wet the ceiling, and meant I couldn't use the central heating without causing major water damage!. Andy came out on an emergency call out basis first thing this morning, (after I contacted him last night), and he fixed/sorted the problem out for me asap!. Although I spent a very cold freezing night, Andy juggled his current commitments/jobs, and very kindly fitted me in and helped me out big time, and I now have heating again thanks to him, fan-dabby-dozy, eh!. lol;)

Phoned in the morning and the job was done in the afternoon. After having had a couple of others out to find out why the pipe was blocked, without success, Andy and his son knew what to look for straight away. Lovely guys who did a great job. Replacement of valve in water tank in attic to stop persistent water release from overflow.
I was invited to view the problem / repair before agreeing the need for a replacement part.
Andy was timely, courteous and very helpful in looking at and suggesting way forward for other repair issue identified at the time.

After having recently moved to a new house I got in touch with Andy re installing a new bathroom. Andy quoted me a price of £1200 to carry out the work. I would then pay for the materials separately which would enable me to remain within my budget. I was kept up to date throughout the job. Andy taking time to explain things to me. I found him friendly and very reliable and always on time. On completion I now have a modern up to date bathroom that is exactly what I was promised. An excellent job carried out to a very high standard. I will highly recommend them to everyone.

In the bathroom I needed a replacement shower, dripping tap fixed, leak under the bath fixed and damage to kitchen ceiling (from the leak) needed repair. I also wanted some shelves in my walk-in kitchen cupboard. It was great to find someone who could do the lot. I am so pleased to have this all done now. They've done a good job at a fair price ~ I can't praise them enough for their quality of work, helpfulness and honesty.

Andy has improved the drainage from the flat roof which was blocked, replaced tiles on the roof and replaced damaged guttering. He was punctual on both occasions, is very polite and incredibly helpful.
