Derek did a great job. He was very polite and knew what he was talking about. Most importantly he knew where our rat was living and managed to catch it . A very good and friendly service, giving good advice and information about pest control. Several visits were needed to resolve the problem so dedication was shown to the matter, with additional phone calls to regularly check the situation. All in all a very good service and we would use them again if the pests return!

Called late morning and Derek came out the same afternoon. Assessed the problem, left traps. Called me to check if anything had been caught, before I'd had chance to call him. Came back, removed everything. Really great, friendly, professional service from the start, would definitely recommend. Not expensive either.

I phoned Derek in the morning regarding mice in loft. He offered to come early evening that same day and was here earlier than expected
Laid traps and bait , tidied up behind him and explained what had been done and that he would phone before returning at end of week. Returned and removed mouse. Two days later l phoned again and again he arrived as arranged.

Derek came quickly, arrived on time, worked hard laying traps, explained the process and most importantly caught two moles. He is pleasant to work with and his fee was very reasonable. If we have any more moles, Derek will be the first person I call.
