Prompt response and follow up, sorted out the wasp's nest and came out again to ensure it had completely killed them. I would highly recommend, my preference is to use local tradesmen where possible.

Arrived at site on time as planned and completed task efficiently, then explained very clearly expected results.

The wasps disappeared/died straight away when the potion was applied to the sentry point of the entrance. Also the Trader came on the alternate day (dry) as he said he would (the previous day being wet). Very pleased.

I found a wasp's nest in the roof and many wasps coming into the house. A visitor was stung and my dog also. I found this company and rang yesterday evening. Today Derek came and threated the nest. He says he will come again if there are any wasps around after two days. Excellent service.

Re moth invasion of bedroom: With a background of high need for wasp termination and high waiting periods, this service from start to finish was quick. A phone call the night before was followed by assessment and extermination the next day. I understand a follow-up will occur within a few weeks - if all is well, I will be extremely satisfied.

I called APS and asked Derek if he would come out and deal with a wasp nest in our roof. He promised to come out in the afternoon and quoted his price. In the event, he came out within an hour and sprayed the nest. He said if the wasps returned after two days to let him know and he would come out again with no charge.

Perfect, prompt service. Derek is pleasant, helpful and a gentleman. Would totally recommend.
