I called APS on Monday 2nd Sept to deal with/treat a wasp nest in the roof outside of my house. They came on Monday (Derek) and applied the treatment with a follow up done on Thursday 5th Sept. Derek is willing to carryout out another treatment if required at no extra cost. Very good and efficient response.

Customer service was great.
Turned up when they said they would.
Carried out the job with minimum fuss.
Very polite.

Came out an hour after being called to deal with a wasps nest about 14ft high up, really nice friendly guy and so so helpful, 100% would recommend to anyone looking for pest services, thanks Derek.
