Fascia and guttering replaced. John-Paul and Adam were very professional in their attitude towards the work done. I am very satisfied with the care taken during the work and with the finished product. They both explained very well about the work done and answered all my queries. Alan carried some remedial work, the result of a ‘not so trusted trader’ we had employed a few years back. We had the roof hips/ridges replaced previously, but they had not been secured properly with the correct nails/screws/cement. Alan also replaced a cement filled ‘valley’ with new maintenance free bird comb. He is very professional, efficient, fairly priced and would simply not go past him for future roof jobs that crop up. Highly recommended.

I'm (very) late leaving this review.

Last August my gutters needed cleaning out. I found Alan's number on this website and phoned him in the morning to ask for a quote. After getting an estimate he said he might be able to call in late afternoon.

Mid-afternoon Anthony and Jamie arrived, gave me the price and cleaned the gutters there and then so that I wouldn't need to stay in another day to wait for them. They also removed all the rubbish that they cleared out.

I had used another firm in the past but based in this experience the next time my gutters need cleaning I'll phone Alan first; and I have no hesitation in recommending his firm.

Replaced old roof facia and soffit with new, very nice finish also mess was kept to minimum from start to finish, very pleased and so is family highly recommend A.Dawson Roofing Services.

Contacted Alan after searching for a roofer on the day of contact Alan was prompt and very polite he explained what needed done once we agreed to get it done it was a quick turn around Alan and his team turned up on the day and got straight to work the job was completed to the highest stardard and they left my garden clean and tidy will definitely use again

Contacted Alan after discovering broken tiles causing water damage to outside wall which could cause problems inside, his 2 men came up and fixed the tiling and sealed the roof under tiles found them very good and everything cleaned up behind them would not hesitate to use again, highly recommended.

We found some water staining appeared on a bedroom ceiling at the rear of our house. Fearing the worst, we arrange to get our roof looked at. We contacted Alan Dawson Roofing. He inspected the roof, and found that it was just our guttering & roof valleys were clogged with leaves. After just a couple of hours he had cleaned all the guttering, and valleys. I know little about roofs, and had expect large repair. His diagnoses was a total relief, and we instructed him without the need for any further estimates from others. This was at the end of last year, and after painting the ceiling. The area is still fine. We found Alan pleasant, prompt, and honest. We now asked him give our roof a once over on an annual basis, and he’s booked for the start of winter this year.
