Straightforward and efficient and a pleasant team to have repairing the roof and chimneys . They did the work steadily and tidied up after themselves. Very Reasonable rate too.

A team came out to assess the work required to replace facia and gutters and provided a price for work. The installation team came the next week, made their workspace on my decking safe for their ladders and did the replacement work efficiently, keeping me up to date on what they were doing, and talked me through the works undertaken before tidying up. Highly recommend this company.

Called them when we found that we had a slate dislodged by strong winds during the night. They arrived very quickly, were professional, friendly, and got the repairs done along with checking the rest of the roof and providing advice. Would most definitely use them again.

We had a scatter of smallish jobs done, loose slates, leaky skylights, everything needed at the time including some bad work by a previous firm made good.

Alan Dawson is the sort of tradesman who inspires complete confidence. He so obviously knows what he's talking about and is honest, clearly explains everything to be done, gives reasonable estimates and delivers everything he undertakes. All the work looks good and I'm sure is going to last.

Customer service from the office and from Alan himself is really excellent. Info is always available and communications always replied to super-promptly. Alan was here to look at the roof the day I contacted him, though we're 25 miles from his base.

Have just had my house re harled by Alan and his team. Very pleased with the result! All work done efficiently and everything tidied up properly once the job was done. All staff very polite and hardworking. Highly recommend them for any job.

We would recommend Alan unreservedly for both the quality of his work and the service he provides. We needed two small pitched roofs removing from our house and then a complete re-roughcasting of the building. Alan gave good advice from the outset and his office was very professional in following up any queries we had. Other contractors we tried even failed to come up with quotes.
Alan told us the work would take around four weeks and that was accurate. He and his team were polite and worked hard; when there were a few very minor mishaps, Alan took responsibility for them, apologised and put them right. He has also returned as promised to complete final snagging. It now looks like a brand new house and we are delighted with the result.
