Removal of cracked iron downpipe and replacement. Very happy with the work undertaken - before David arrived the area that the pipe was in and surrounding drains was in a poor state. Following the work it's completely transformed. Not only was new case iron pipe installed but existing loose drain covers fixed in place, and loose tap fixed to wall.

Excellent communications and very reliable. I would recommend highly.

Re attach loft ladder, draught proofing doors, trim door, fit blinds. All work excellent. Carried out to a high standard. Good communication and quality workmanship . Will be using them again and highly recommend.

Reliable and friendly ... excellent tradesman.

Alan and his brothers work has been exceptional. They are very professional, trustworthy and great value for the quality of their work. Alan helped me get the project off the ground in every way - from discussing the pros and cons to my ideas, ensuring that I had East Lothian Council permission, coming up with cost effective plans when small hiccups occurred, as well as answering my numerous emails/ texts along the way quickly and calmly. I had non-structural work done - the knocking down of two walls, installation of bi-fold doors, new ceiling in dining room and hall, installation of vestibule.

We have had our front door area replaced. We were very happy. Time keeping was excellent and Alan communicated to us what was happening as he worked. They were clean, tidy and precise.

Annual roof check and replacement of slipped and fallen slates. The guys are great at prioritising what really needs done and what can safely wait. Communication about timescales is always very good as is the quality of work carried out.

Cleared gulley on roof which was blocked & caused leak

David came to fix parts of our roof, replacing damaged tiles and repairing a flat felt roof. He was quick to come by and quote, fit us in as soon as he was able for the work and was professional & helpful. Would definitely recommend.
