We asked Harris to remove several radiators from our living room and hallway and cap the pipe work. We will separately be asking Harris to rehang new radiators once we’ve finished decorating. Harris was very responsive in messages, he came round before quoting for the work and made it clear what would potentially be involved (ie, the need for plasterboard fixings for rehanging a larger radiator) and he was able to very flexible when arranging timings, recognising that we were keen to get on with decorating works. Harris’s quote was very reasonable and he carried out the work without problem, arriving on time, and offering to get rid of the old radiators as part of completing the job. We would highly recommend Harris, he has a very professional and pleasant manner. Thank you!

The job turned out a bit bigger that they were expecting but they took it in good humour and powered through to get it done. Quality of work is excellent; they took the time to show me what they were doing and point out the troublesome parts.

They were open and honest about any issues and limitations and were quick to return to sort a minor snagging issue.
