Tom and Lewis sorted problem’s we were having with a cistern. They were more than happy for us to get in touch with them if we had any queries and always responded to our texts quickly. We would most certainly use them again.

We required urgent work to be done on our boiler. Tom & Lewis knew exactly what to do ( as opposed to another Contracter who hadn't recognised the problem) Despite being extremely busy , they found time for me , a new customer. The work was done efficiently, within budget , and great communication . Thanks, and we will never go to another

Had a burst pipe and phoned Tom Knight & Son and had an immediate response. Tom turned up and reassured us he will sort it quickly ,which he did. This is the second time I have used their services, both time they were very professional polite and clean workers . I want to upgrade my bathroom and will wait till these guys are available. I had some remodelling work done on my bathroom and ensuite and I found this company to be highly organised, professional and skilled. The work was completed ahead of schedule too which was an added bonus. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others, absolutely delighted with the results.

Had a number of jobs done by Lewis, from boiler service and repairs, outside taps fitted and radiators fitted. Always on time, reliable and communication is great throughout. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

Our toilet stopped working and we could not see how to fix it. I phoned Mr Knight and his son arrived the next day. He fixed it quickly and checked it all over. It’s working well, very good service.

We had 2 taps replaced (kitchen and utility room). I am very happy to recommend Lewis - good communication, reliable, excellent service. Will certainly use again for any plumbing needs!

From providing me a quote for a new boiler until completing installation it was an excellent and effortless customer experience for myself and my family. Lewis and his apprentice were very friendly and completed the installation of my boiler in half a day. Lewis installed an outside standpipe for us. Great communication, quick quote, fit us in quickly and turned up on time. Will use for future plumbing work and would happily recommend.

Lewis has done work for me including fitting a new gas pipe, kitchen plumbing, new radiators and fitted them after my flooring. Was great from start to finish so professional! He also later came and fixed my bathroom tap, managing not to take the bath panel off to keep everything intact. Would highly recommended this family run business!

Lewis done a great job of changing over my kitchen sink to a 1.5 bowl and also fitted two tall vertical radiators. Lewis was responsive, competent, trustworthy, and good value for money; everything you would want in a tradesman.

We are delighted by the work done by Tom Knight and Son to refurbish our bathroom. The work is to a high standard, they were easy to work with, and left everything to a high standard. Polite, friendly and professional.

We phoned TK&S given our heating and water had gone off and needed help in fixing it. Although on another job Lewis talked me through what to do with the boiler to remedy the issue, which he'd established as a low water pressure problem. He provided clear instructions which enabled me restore the water pressure and kick start the boiler. Great service and we've booked him in to have a wider look at our heating system.

Lewis and his apprentice came out very quickly to change our sink, they turned up when they said, they were efficient and very professional.
They left the place cleaner than it was to start with.

I have recently had the pleasure of Tom Knight and son , removing my current bathroom and replacing with brand new walk in shower, toilet , storage and wash and basin with wall/flooring and ceiling. Detail also. To say I’m delighted is just an understatement , I’m a so very happy with the results it’s more than I imagined . The team were not only on track with their timescales for fitting both Lewis and Tom kept me updated during the whole process. Customer service & workmanship is second to none I would recommend TKS plumbing to all.
