Tom Knight & Son

This is the second, complete bathroom refurbishment that Tom Knight & Son have completed for us. The work was carried out to a very high standard and in the agreed time scale. Communication from the firm was clear and timely so we knew what go expect and when. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had a funny smell in our shower drain and another company couldn’t help. We tried Tom who immediately knew what the likely cause was. He was professional, knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel daft for asking questions. Will definitely use him again.

Based on our first experience, this is a great company. We needed a partial refurbishment of our bathroom - Lewis arrived when he said he would to discuss the job, and then provided a quote within a few days. Due to the company being very busy we had to wait a couple of months for the work to be done, however they turned up on time, completed everything within the 3 days we had agreed, and they stuck to the price quoted Lewis and the team have done a fantastic job and we would certainly use them again.

Tom and Lewis project managed an extension for us during 2020 and we were keen to use their services again as they did an excellent job for us under very difficult circumstances following the pandemic.

This time TKS were installing a new downstairs bathroom for us.
We're a family of six and the kids have their own bathroom (which TKS installed) so we asked if they could do the work whilst we were on holiday overseas to save us all falling out!

Arrived back from hols to discover our old horrendous bathroom in the skip and a beautiful new one in it's place!

Lewis was a pleasure to deal with and made some great suggestions when it came to changing the layout to give us more room, yet still include all the essentials.
