Lewis came out to look at my shower, which only gave lukewarm water, never hot. He advised replacing the shower, and took a lot of trouble measuring the exact holes in my wet wall so that he could get the same fittings to avoid any damage. He and Tom arrived promptly on the day, and had the whole job done in an hour with no mess at all. I am delighted with the result, and they are coming back in a couple of weeks to repair an issue with my boiler. I can highly recommend them, and I will definitely use them for all my plumbing requirements in the future.

We had a complete new shower unit fitted along with wet wall panels & a pvc ceiling . We Went on holiday for 5 days & left Lewis to get on with the job. When we came back it was all finished . Absolutely delighted with the job. Very reliable & trustworthy . Would highly recommend to anyone.

Thank you to Tom for a job well done. My shower room had been a disaster area after a bad tiling job had led to water getting behind the tiles soaking the wall behind and leading to a leak into the kitchen below. Tom identified the problem and thoroughly explained how this could be resolved. Tom carried out the work promptly and professionally and I now have a lovely shower room again - no chance of further leaks as Tom has sealed everything so this will not happen again. I needed a small job done in the kitchen. Making an appointment was easy and within a few days Lewis came over at the agreed time. The job was done very fast.

I had a family bathroom and en-suite totally refurbished by Tom and his team right down to bare walls. The work was done on time and to a very high standard and my house was left spotlessly clean at the end of every day. Tom arranged all the other trades and they all done a great job. There were a couple of existing faults with the plumbing which Tom and his team sorted out and I was kept in the loop about all the decisions made. I have contacted Tom Knight & Son to inspect my new gas central heating installation done by another contractor. They have produced a very detailed and professional survey report finding major errors. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed and grateful for their intervention as my property was at risk because of the previous contractor’s work. They have fixed all the errors and carried the work to a high standard. They are very polite, professional in every aspect and trustworthy people who know their trade very well. If I knew about Tom Knight & Son earlier I would have saved myself a lot of stress and trouble. Their help and support was priceless. Highly recommended!!

Tom and Lewis installed a full new central heating system for me with all new radiators and boiler. The price was the best of the three quotes I got by quite a margin, and included the joinery and roofing etc that was also needed. Those contractors were all coordinated by the Knights. I was looking for quite a complicated set up of controllers and it is a very old house with a few challenges such as lead pipes to replace.

They have done a lovely job and it all looks so neat and tidy. Very pleased with the work. This father and son team are very nice polite friendly people as well which makes them a pleasure to have in the house. Recommended.

Tom and his son, Lewis, refurbished a bathroom for me. They carefully removed the old bathroom which allowed me to reuse some of the sanitary ware and tiles. The bathroom is in an old house and unsurprisingly they came across some issues but they dealt with them in a very professional manner and nothing was too much. A pleasure to work with, would highly recommend.

Tom Knight installed a wet room for my Dad. The job went extremely well, we knew exactly what was happening and when. This was great for Dad who at 92 can get quite anxious . The team were very considerate and helpful. Will definately use this company again.

first class work. Needed some Joinery work and they had an excellent joiner(Robert Taylor) as part of the service.

They quoted professionally, were exactly on time. The work was done neatly and very professionally with a minimum of inconvenience.

This is the fourth time I have used this company and they seem to get better and better by keeping up with technological developments in the plumbing field and no problem seems too big.

I can honestly say they are the most professional, courteous and polite plumbers I have ever worked with. We were so pleased with their work that we have asked them to do another job for us.
