I could not recommend Tom and Lewis highly enough. They were outstanding from start to finish. Patient, kind and thoroughly professional. They provided support and advice throughout my project which has transformed my home! Very efficient, reliable, punctual and great communication throughout. I couldn’t have asked or expected more!

We had an issue with our washing machine and pipework, and after trying a number of plumbers (who couldn't fix the situation), Tom Knight & Son came round and instantly resolved the problem, saving us hundreds of pounds!

Quote received quickly and efficiently same with goods. Connector for the sink was incorrect but this was quickly resolved and fitted the following day. Communication throughout was excellent.

First class workmanship from Lewis, very neat finish on the actual pipe work. Lewis was punctual turned up at 08.00 exactly when he said he would. Clean, tidy considerate tradesman. Will definitely use again , thank you.

New radiators were fitted five in total. Delighted with timely arrival, hard quick work done in just over a day. Lewis was very courteous and obliging even fixing a leak in our bathroom.

We had some lead piping replaced which involved landscaping work in the garden. Tom and Lewis were punctual, reliable and got the work completed quickly. Liaising with Scottish Water involved delays, but they were great even when they had to wait around for SW. We would definitely use Tom Knight and Son again.

One of our radiators wasn't heating up and after doing some tests ourselves we needed some professional help. We reached out via Trusted Trader and Lewis was quick to respond and able to fit us in. The fix itself didn't take long but needed Lewis' expertise and tools, he explained the issue and was helpful. I would definitely call TKS again!

I was quite anxious, to call a heating engineer out, due to some bad experiences with tradesmen in the past but when Lewis arrived at my home to see why my boiler was leaking, he made me feel at ease, just could tell he was genuine/trustworthy.

My instincts were correct as hes done a great job fixing my old boiler, had to order few parts but kept me informed of pricing, when should or did arrive, he also explained why the certain parts were needed, showing me my broken parts to why they had stop working through time.

Lewis also looked on last visit, to another leak I found day b4 Under my kitchen sink unit, i thought maybe come from my loose tap!.
He discovered more leaks too, so I've booked him to fix this but very kindly out of the goodness of his heart, fixed my loose tap for me then & there not charging extra for this.
I can not tell you how extremely grateful i am to Lewis not only for my tap fix but helping with my boiler too, putting me at great ease, with my fears of past bad experiences.

Great feeling, that much so, I have asked to book lots of other plumbing work, needing done around my home with Tom Knight & son.
I also need non plumbing work done too in future, witch I am going to use the trade workers TK&S work alongside with, because I trust in them also being highly professional as Lewis.

We moved into a new build 9 months again but heard lots of residents had problems with their boiler so we asked Lewis to come and check it over for us which he did and reassured us that the boiler was fitted and working satisfactory. Would always recommend Tom Knight & son for all plumbing work.

I can't speak highly enough of Tom Knight and Son. They are reliable, trustworthy and fare. I have used them on my client projects over recent years for kitchen and bathroom supply and fit as well as flooring and bespoke joinery. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them for this type of work.

Called Tom Thursday 30th as my boiler had packed in, he said they were busy but Lewis would pop round and take a look he was there within a couple of hours and checked boiler sadly it was done, Lewis then sorted out a few things to squeeze me in and had new boiler up and running by lunch time on Friday the 1st can’t thank Lewis enough for helping us out.

Have used Tom and Lewis several times and found their service to be absolutely first class. Recent work completed for me on 15/1/2024 involved new toilet and sink facilities installed in a flat purchased by my son. The company went out of their way to respond to my initial enquiry over the festive break and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I had an old radiator that I wanted replaced with a new vertical radiator and moved to another position in the room. The move was done to a very high standard, the radiator has been fitted perfectly, and they left no sign of having been in the room. Everything was left in immaculate condition.
Couldn’t be happier with the work and will certainly be using them again in the future.

I asked Tom Knight and Son if they could design a system that would allow me to shut of the plumbing in the garage when we had heavy frost to prevent burst pipes. Because I didn’t follow his instructions fully the inevitable happened. Lewis was quick to react and fix the burst and absolutely refused payment even though it was my error. I have also used Tom Knight and Son for replacing a pop up plug system and drilling and fixing bathroom mirrors. Lewis Knight is a quality tradesman who is punctual, polite and very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm. I have just booked my annual boiler service with this Company after getting rid of British gas after 2 failed to attend appointments. Thank you Lewis.

Top work from Tom Knight & Son. We recently moved into a new house to find that the boiler was not operational. Lewis came out straight away and found the issue almost immediately. He went above and beyond to get the fix completed as quickly as possible. Trustworthy and efficient as always.
