We had en-suite completely replaced, cloakroom refitted and a wonky toilet fixed. All work completed on time, exactly as promised, all trades coordinated, and work to a great standard. Such pleasant folk to have in the house, and they left house tidier than it started!

Tom and Lewis converted a bathroom to a wet room for us in 2020 and we have used them ever since, from a further bathroom upgrade, wash basin replacement and more recently boiler servicing and system flush.

A fault on boiler reported 9 am was fixed by lunch time.So I am nice and warm again.

contacted TKS with a minor emergency issue. Responded quickly, assessed the problem and ordered appropriate part. Then fitted the part as soon as it was available for collection. All round excellent job and we would happily recommend to others. Well done & thanks again.

Tom Knight came out to determine where blockage was as water was not flowing away from sink at an eldery residents house during recent icy spell in December 2022 Though Tom was very busy over this period,he came out within 24 hrs and rectified the problem very quickly. I will definately recomment his company to others in the future. I will be using Tom for other corrective issues concerning problems that need to be fixed in or outside of a property. He assures me that he does this as well as plumbing. I would highly reccomend Tom Knight.

I have recently had the pleasure of Tom Knight and son , removing my current bathroom and replacing with brand new walk in shower, toilet , storage and wash and basin with wall/flooring and ceiling. Detail also. To say I’m delighted is just an understatement , I’m a so very happy with the results it’s more than I imagined . The team were not only on track with their timescales for fitting both Lewis and Tom kept me updated during the whole process. Lewis and his apprentice came out very quickly to change our sink, they turned up when they said, they were efficient and very professional.
They left the place cleaner than it was to start with.

We phoned TK&S given our heating and water had gone off and needed help in fixing it. Although on another job Lewis talked me through what to do with the boiler to remedy the issue, which he'd established as a low water pressure problem. He provided clear instructions which enabled me restore the water pressure and kick start the boiler. Great service and we've booked him in to have a wider look at our heating system.
