Lewis arrived within 24 hours of my call at the time he said he would come. Very pleasant. Two small jobs in the bathroom and another on a radiator. All dealt with quickly including mending a broken flush which I am sure others might have said needed replacing rather than repairing.

This is the 3rd job I’ve had done from Tom knight and son plumbers and to be honest they get better every time. It’s good to know good plumbers you can trust.
Lewis (Toms son) gave us an estimate, which I agreed to the same day he was very quick to response a few days later he was in taking tiles off, shower out and fitting taps.
Tom then came along a day later with his joiner to fit wall boards, new shower and shower screen.

Tom knight and son ( Lewis ) were on time, explained everything. If I had any questions they took the time and nothing was a problem!
They were that good we have them giving us an estimate for our en suite!

Lewis came round today to look at a dodgy flush and a tap that wasn't working and I thought needed replaced. Within a few minutes he had altered our flush and fixed our tap. No charge as it only took a few minutes and didn't need parts- amazing service! Will definitely use again if we need anything more major done in the future

I contacted Tom Knight and Son to plumb in my washing machine and install my tumble dryer. They came back to me with a very prompt response and arranged to install this the same day it was delivered. They were on time and ensured that they took all the necessary steps with regards to PPE ensuring the safety of both myself and them.They brought coverings for the worktops and floors ensuring there was no damage where they were placing tools. Tom was polite and friendly, he explained what he was doing throughout the process and left the area tidy removing all rubbish. I would not hesitate to use Tom Knight and Son again.

I recently discovered a small leak under the sink in our kitchen, TKS Plumbing were very swift to respond to my call out and also speedy in resolving the issue within hours. 100% professional and friendly team and standards are impeccable. And during the current COVID scenario clearly have safety as top priority. I'm delighted with the services and to have this resolved so efficiently.

After my ceiling in my living room fell through on me full of water I panic called Tom Knight and Son and I honestly cannot fault the service and help they gave me. Within a couple of hours Lewis came round and sourced where the water was coming from (my toilet was leaking upstairs) and by the morning the next day I had a new toilet. I felt very reassured and content with all the information I was given and very happy with the price on my invoice I was given.
I will definitely be having Tom Knight and Son back for further work in the future for my bathroom and shower room renovations.
