After having concerns around a leak and when no other plumber had space, Tom took time between jobs to pop by the next day and take a look for us to give some advice.

Having discovered a leaking toilet coming through the livingroom ceiling we contacted
Tom who didnt waste any time in coming to establish the issue. Lewis came the next again day to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Both Tom and Lewis were great to deal with. Both very friendly and knowledgable. Extremely happy to have found this company and will 100% be using them again in the future. Would highly recommend.

Contacted Knight and Son who we’ve used previously for a bathroom leak. We had just renewed the flooring so panic in case it got ruined. Lewis Knight responded immediately, came when he said he would and carried out the repair leaving a very neat and tidy job and at a very competitive price. We had a leak in a newly fitted toilet, making it unusable. The plumber who fitted it was on holiday, so we contacted Mr Knight to see if he could sort the problem. He arrived the same day we contacted him, advised the problem was due to defective kit, and put in a temporary fix, advising that the toilet should be replaced. He was prompt, courteous and helpful, and did not charge for his advice. We will certainly use his services in future!

Tom replaced a kitchen sink for us and went out of his way to fit us in. Absolutely delighted with Tom and the service he provided from initial contact to completed work. Will definitely use this company again and will recommend to friends and family.

We had en-suite completely replaced, cloakroom refitted and a wonky toilet fixed. All work completed on time, exactly as promised, all trades coordinated, and work to a great standard. Such pleasant folk to have in the house, and they left house tidier than it started!

Tom and Lewis converted a bathroom to a wet room for us in 2020 and we have used them ever since, from a further bathroom upgrade, wash basin replacement and more recently boiler servicing and system flush.

A fault on boiler reported 9 am was fixed by lunch time.So I am nice and warm again.

contacted TKS with a minor emergency issue. Responded quickly, assessed the problem and ordered appropriate part. Then fitted the part as soon as it was available for collection. All round excellent job and we would happily recommend to others. Well done & thanks again.

Tom Knight came out to determine where blockage was as water was not flowing away from sink at an eldery residents house during recent icy spell in December 2022 Though Tom was very busy over this period,he came out within 24 hrs and rectified the problem very quickly. I will definately recomment his company to others in the future. I will be using Tom for other corrective issues concerning problems that need to be fixed in or outside of a property. He assures me that he does this as well as plumbing. I would highly reccomend Tom Knight.
