I have used this company multiple times. The service continues to get better and better every time. Lewis arrived at the time he said he would. He took his time to explain all aspects of the jobs before carrying them out. He is polite and friendly and never makes me feel stupid with my daft questions. He ensured all the rubbish was pulled together and no mess was left. These are my go to guys and I would never use any other Plumbing company, would highly recommend!

Needed a radiator supplied and fitted within a very short timeframe as the house was to be put on to market, I got in touch and they were able to make room the following day, they were in and done in about an hour. Job was very clean and tidy, excellent work.

Second time we have used this company. Tom and Lewis arrived on time as arranged. Did a first class job and left without leaving a mess. Cannot recommend this company highly enough and will use them again as our company of choice when we need anything done.

Could not recommend these guys enough! From start to finish they were 5 star!! Broken down quote before works were carried out explaining all works carried out. Kept in contact with updates from the job and extremely easy to get on with. I definitely felt valued as a customer and the overall job of the new boiler into my property was done quickly and very neat and tidy. We had a new sink fitted, with a bespoke copper tap handmade by Lewis. We also had an instant hot water urn put into the home studio.
Lewis was great- very professional and got the job done to a great standard as well as very quickly (we were working on a tight deadline)

Couldn’t fault the service given. Communication was excellent and due to a cancellation they attended earlier than expected. A simple fix but wasn’t made to feel like an idiot for not knowing what had gone wrong with the plumbing to my sink. Will definitely be using them for future plumbing work. 10/10

Would highly recommend Tom Knight and Son who upgraded and revamped a tired bathroom to make it so much more user friendly. Installed a walk in shower instead of bath, and integrated mobility aids to assist in safe use. The bathroom now has easy to clean surfaces, with high quality finish which fitted our requirements exactly. Excellent workmanship, would definitely recommend and use again.

I can recommend Tom knight and his team very highly.I had an emergency leak from my wet floor bathroom and contacted Tom knight. He was very professional and promptly came to assess the bathroom. I explained to Tom that I would prefer to have a shower tray and Tom advised me what work was required and sourced all the materials to give me a fantastic fully functional bathroom again. I can’t thank Tom and his team enough for all the support they gave me which had been a very stressful time for me .I wouldn’t use any other company now.

This is the second time we have used Tom and Lewis to do a large project. Yet again their service and professionalism exceeded expectations and on occasion we felt they really went the extra mile, over and above what I'm sure many others would have done, to ensure our work was completed within our very tight timescale.

They were 100% honest and accurate about their timings and costs, dealing with any changes and challenges they came up against without complaint. Tom ensured they completed the work required as agreed, even working within pretty challenging and time-constrained circumstances.

Every contractor they brought in was helpful, tidy and polite and I would happily use them all again and recommend them to anyone requiring a trustworthy and reliable company to work in their home or business.

On latest occasion was simply replacing a split washer. Lewis always comes exactly when he says he will and even tried to remedy the problem via text messages over Christmas!

Replacing the flush syphon of a WC.

The trader made two visits; the first for assessment and the second after waiting for the supply of a part, taking about 10 days in all. He kept me well informed throughout, and was very helpful in explaining what was involved, and what decorative work would remain for me to arrange afterwards (which I did myself).

I consider that the charge was very reasonable, and the work has been carried out to my complete satisfaction.

New kitchen sink fitted, arrived on time, excellent job, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
