The guys at Tom Knight and Son were great. They removed my old toilet in the morning to allow flooring to be laid and we're back later that day to replace the toilet. Great and effecient service. Would highly recommend

I would highly recommended Tom Knight and Son. They arrived at 8am on the dot and nothing was too much trouble for them. Lewis was very knowledgably and was able to make suggestions and answer all our questions. We had confidence within Lewis and his team from our initial communications and throughout the process.
Our boiler updated and a few other jobs we asked Lewis to complete was not a problem and was completed in a timely manner and our house was left very tidy. Lewis offered to come back at another time that is convenient for us to show us how to use our boiler and heating system.

Great, professional service, Lewis upgraded my heating system to a combi and connected a towel rail for me, very happy with the result, would definitely go back to Tom knight & son if I ever needed any future work.

Lewis added two radiators and replaced a bath for me. He did the quote and work and cleared up very well. It was almost as though it was done by magic no mess at all. It was hassle free and very straightforward. i would definitely use him again and recommend him.

Lewis overhauled and serviced our boiler, replaced kitchen sink and taps and replaced shower drains-top class work and service-would highly recommend to others!

Thank you Tom Knight & Son and particularly Lewis for his quick response and help with my faulty boiler, even on Easter Monday, and in sourcing the parts
for us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.

After a leak from the water pipe in my hall cupboard soaked through to the neighbour downstairs, Lewis helped to fast diagnose the problem based on photos I texted him, ordered the part and fitted it quickly. He kept me regularly updated while waiting for the part, fixed the problem fast, and even quickly repaired a troublesome leaky tap in the kitchen at no extra cost, which was much appreciated. Lewis also adhered to current virus restrictions, wearing a mask the whole time he worked. The cost was very reasonable indeed, and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Tom Knight & Son - skilled, friendly and reliable service.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Lewis came at very short notice to fix our water heater and completed the job in less than an hour at a very reasonable cost.

Tom and Lewis did a first class job replacing both our boiler and water tank. They were punctual both mornings and were really tidy as they worked. I hardly noticed they were in the house. Very polite and professional and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Already asked them to upgrade our en-suite shower room given their competitive quote.

I have used this company multiple times. The service continues to get better and better every time. Lewis arrived at the time he said he would. He took his time to explain all aspects of the jobs before carrying them out. He is polite and friendly and never makes me feel stupid with my daft questions. He ensured all the rubbish was pulled together and no mess was left. These are my go to guys and I would never use any other Plumbing company, would highly recommend!

Needed a radiator supplied and fitted within a very short timeframe as the house was to be put on to market, I got in touch and they were able to make room the following day, they were in and done in about an hour. Job was very clean and tidy, excellent work.
