Lewis was professional from start to finish and very helpful. The kitchen tap I had purchased online was faulty and had to be returned. The replacement tap was re-installed as a gesture of goodwill, when the supplier refused to cover the additional costs.

New taps, he sourced ones which matched others in the room, new sink and bath plugs and replaced sealant around bath.

Tom and Lewis fitted a comfort toilet for my elderly parents recently and were excellent. They are both extremely friendly and professional in their approach and carried out the work quickly. Tom and Lewis project managed an extension for us during 2020 and we were keen to use their services again as they did an excellent job for us under very difficult circumstances following the pandemic.

This time TKS were installing a new downstairs bathroom for us.
We're a family of six and the kids have their own bathroom (which TKS installed) so we asked if they could do the work whilst we were on holiday overseas to save us all falling out!

Arrived back from hols to discover our old horrendous bathroom in the skip and a beautiful new one in it's place!

Based on our first experience, this is a great company. We needed a partial refurbishment of our bathroom - Lewis arrived when he said he would to discuss the job, and then provided a quote within a few days. Due to the company being very busy we had to wait a couple of months for the work to be done, however they turned up on time, completed everything within the 3 days we had agreed, and they stuck to the price quoted Lewis and the team have done a fantastic job and we would certainly use them again.
