We obtained quotes from 4 different plumbers and chose Stephen as he spent time with us discussing what exactly we wanted, and gave us advice and recommendations as to where we could find a good range of showers and wash hand basins. He communicated with us at every stage of the job, and always carried out the work punctually and tidily. If any problems arose Stephen talked them over with us first in a calm and considered manner, and within a few days we had a lovely new shower room. Steven is always polite and helpful. Keeps in contact, and arrives when he says he will be there. This is the third time we have used him - the other times were for replacement taps. It is reassuring to know a plumber who you can trust.

Steven replaced our shower pump. It was a very difficult job. He provided us with a detailed quote covering all of our options. Once he started the job, he kept us updated with his progress.
