Steven recently repaired our central heating boiler and also did some work on our shower.

The service we received was excellent and I would highly recommend him to others.

Was getting my bathroom tiled. Steven removed everything to let the tiler do his bit, then put it all back, including a few extra finishing touches to make it look just perfect. I'm delighted with the job. I'll definitely ask Steven to carry out any future plumbing work and would recommend him to anyone.

Refurbishment of Ensuite :
I would have no hesitation in recommending Steven. He is conscientious, very tidy and respectful of property. Very reliable, hard working and always pleasant.
We had some problems with the work, none of which were Steven`s doing and he went above and beyond with the joiner to try and resolve them and find a solution.

We obtained quotes from 4 different plumbers and chose Stephen as he spent time with us discussing what exactly we wanted, and gave us advice and recommendations as to where we could find a good range of showers and wash hand basins. He communicated with us at every stage of the job, and always carried out the work punctually and tidily. If any problems arose Stephen talked them over with us first in a calm and considered manner, and within a few days we had a lovely new shower room. Stephen also went the extra mile in sorting out a couple of other minor faults for us elsewhere in the house. We would have no hesitation in recommending Stephen for any plumbing job, large or small.

Replacement of toilet cistern.

Steven is always polite and helpful. Keeps in contact, and arrives when he says he will be there. This is the third time we have used him - the other times were for replacement taps. It is reassuring to know a plumber who you can trust.

Steven replaced our shower pump. It was a very difficult job. He provided us with a detailed quote covering all of our options. Once he started the job, he kept us updated with his progress. He worked very hard over a number of days to complete this job and we now have a great shower for the first time in years. We would not hesitate in recommending him.

Steven arrived on time to check job and give estimate. He arrived on time to do the work and did it within the time and price he estimated. Nice tidy job, I will certainly use him again.
