Steven was fantastic at ripping out my old shower unit and replacing everything with new due to a leak. He advised what I needed to supply and what he would supply. Steven replaced a set of taps, replaced the water inlet and flush mechanism to one toilet and replaced a leaking water cut off to another toilet.

Steven fitted new walk-in shower, toilet, sink, wallboards, ceiling and flooring for us and did an excellent job. Very reliable and a high standard of workmanship. Some slight delays due to some units being out of stock at the merchants but Steven was able to rearrange his schedule (including a Sunday visit) to get the job completed.

Steven completely renovated our bathroom, creating a walk-in shower area, separate bath and laying vinyl flooring etc. He also organised and oversaw the tiling. In the recent past he has also renovated our separate shower room. On an annual basis, Steven also services our boiler and gas fire.

Stephen has worked on several projectS in our home. Every one has been completed to a very high standard. Steven called me back as soon as he received my message. We had a leaking kitchen sink pipe and foul smell. Steven called in person to assess the job , explained the repairs required, the repairs options and costs. Steven is honest, patient and a great tradesman. He ordered the parts immediately after we agreed how to proceed and he explained the cost of all the parts.
Steven returned at the time as agreed the next day and worked away diligently until the work was done. He gave me advice on how to go forward with other works and he cleaned everything up and disposed of waste appropriately.
This is the second job Steven has done for us and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great plumbing and heating expert, who does not overcharge or under deliver.

Steven has worked a miracle in transforming our outdated bathroom that we inherited when we bought our property. From start to finish, he has been punctual, reliable, tidy and trustworthy, giving helpful suggestions and working like a Trojan. The whole bathroom was ripped out and completely refitted within a week and in that time he also fitted our new downstairs loo with new fittings including sink, radiator, loo plus accessories. Honestly, over the moon and so relieved to have found a reliable and trustworthy plumber that takes such great pride in his work. Already looking to get a doggy shower fitted next in our garage.

We had to replace our boiler over the summer. Steven did the work quickly and left the place clean and tidy. Happy with the work done. We've had work done by Steven before, ie new bathroom, changed kitchen taps and moved and replaced radiators.
