Amazing work. RCS removed my old boiler and the old pipes then fitted a new boiler with a tado thermostat so that the boiler can be controlled from a sensor on the wall and my phone.

The plumber was very neat and tidy and completed the work to a good standard. All waste was removed from my home and the plumber cleaned up after himself.

They also put a CCTV camera on the wall for me. I already had the camera but I asked John and one of the guys put it up for me outside.

John and the team are worth their weight in gold. We had begun a kitchen renovation and had been let down by an unreliable plasterer. After four weeks, he was still on the week 1 tasks, while the other members of the team waited patiently. We waited too, as we were aware that finding a new plasterer at short notice was going to be a difficult task. When the wait stretched on, we checked Trusted Traders and contacted the RCS Group based on feedback from other customers.

We submitted a request on their website on Monday night. On Tuesday morning, we had a call from John before 08:30, followed by a site visit later that day. By the end of the site visit, we had a quote and assurances the team would arrive in the morning.

Having had the experience of promised visits followed by silence from the previous plasterer, we were cautious. The outcome was much better than expected. The team arrived in the morning and prepped the room for the plasterer. He arrived that evening, after he had finished a previous job in Edinburgh, and plastered the room. In one day, they had transformed our kitchen and we're now able to proceed with getting the cabinets in. They were happy to assist us in rapidly getting our project back on track in recognition of the impact of delays on the other tradespeople involved in the project, which is further evidence of their professionalism.

The team are hard-working, kind and cheerful. Their work is top notch and they cleaned up as they went. We are very happy to recommend them and will use again ourselves.

We had some internal alteration works done to create openings in structural walls, move radiators, form new walls and doors, fit a kitchen with associated electrical and plumbing works, and pour underpinning to an existing wall. The team at RCS visited us quickly after our initial enquiry and provided clearly set out quotes for the work. The various tradespeople all showed up on time and works progressed at a good pace.

Some plaster came down in my mother's house. On contacting RCS, they were around within 2 days, gave a verbal quote and had completed the work within 10 days.

John and his team were superb. We had found damp on a wall in the utility room. John recommended a treatment option, sent a very reasonable quote, and started work on the day and time he said. The work was completed quickly, and with a very high quality finish. They even fixed a bookcase which they noticed was broken. The room was left spotlessly clean. Couldn't recommend them enough. Really impressed.

We had a burst mains water pipe on private land, RCS Group attended promptly, dug up the path to locate the burst and repaired. I am happy with the service which was carried out at a very competitive price and completed to a good standard.

RCS Group have recently completed repairs to an outbuilding that was damaged by Storm Arwen. From the outset, they were helpful and responsive. The price quoted was competitive and the quote given to me at the start was the same as the final invoice. The quality of the work was excellent (to be truthful, the repaired outbuilding looks much nicer than the original!). The work was carried out in a timely manner, any questions or phone calls were answered very quickly (this is rental property and I do not live nearby) and the site was cleaned and cleared up when the job was finished. I would definitely recommend RCS Group and would use them again the future!!
