Large kitchen and upstairs small kitchen re-fitted, toilets upgraded.  Decoration to kitchens, toilets, stairs and landings.  Exterior doors re-fitted and decorated.  New floor coverings to kitchens, toilets and hall: Very pleased with the work carried out and assistance in having upgrading work.  Various trades, joiners, plumbers, plasterer, electrician all available when required.  Excellent having all trades available.

Range of reactive and planned maintenance works, including preparation of void properties between tenancies.  Works let, rates agreed on and payments processed under a comprehensive schedule of rates and associates contract documents.  (forst year of 3-5 year appointment): We have found R3 to be very easy to work with.  Staff have been accommodating, work has been timeously completed and tenant satisfaction has been high.  I'd have no hesitation in recommending this contractor.
