Can't recommend them highly enough on all counts. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Trustworthy, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient - absolutely the best garage I've ever used.

Took my car to Reillys with an annoying knocking sound from the front left suspension, which a major franchise couldn’t fix it despite repeated visits over a 3 month period and various components changed.

It took Graeme seconds to suggest the problem and fix. He turned out to be correct and it was sorted that day at a very reasonable price.

Graeme and his team are very friendly and helpful.

He provides excellent service at reasonable prices. Highly recommended and I’ll will definitely use him in the future.

Excellent customer service. I called them at lunchtime about a problem with my car, they said to bring it in straightaway and I had the car back fully repaired by close of business the same day. Also excellent value for money and very professional.

Brilliant services, fitted my car into their busy schedule to fix my shock absorbers before a trip south. The bill was less that the price quoted when I collected the car.

Graham and the staff are a long standing business providing full garage services. They are professional, trustworthy, very helpful, knowledgeable and keep you informed of progress and any issues (along with an estimate of costing -which is great as some other companies would just leave it a nasty surprise).

The team always look after customers and try to keep costs to a minimum (where possible).

For me, R Reilly Service Centre in Tranent High Street is one of the positive things to come out of lockdown, having found this garage in 2020, and after years of paying exorbitant charges with a main car dealership/service centre! They are the most honest, reliable, trustworthy, and friendly garage I have encountered in over 30 years of driving! They are excellent value for money and the quality of customer service is second to none. There are no over the top and overpriced charges with them, and they keep you fully informed with the required works for your vehicle. I would really recommend them as a superb local garage to the community of East Lothian and beyond. Thank you to everyone who works there, you are a great team!

MOT and service, done to a high standard

I have had a range of work done on my car in the last year which for the last 7 years had been maintained by a dealership. Reilly's have been every bit as good as the dealership at less costs. Helpful, courteous, reliable, honest and very easy to deal with. It's a bonus to have an excellent local garage during the pandemic.

The trader was recommended to me by a number of others. I have used the trader myself many times and highly recommend this business. Always helpful and friendly.

I went in originally for a service. However I was advised that the car was not in need of a service. The tread was down on two of the tyres so I agreed to replace them which they did and they disposed of the old casing.

MOT Test and associated works. Diagnosed and repaired minor faults, gave an advisory on a tyre. Courteous and efficient and a smartly kept garage. First time I have used Reillys and a very positive first impression.

I have used Reillys for the last 12 years. They are extremely reliable and offer a fast and honest service. Their prices are very reasonable and they can get parts extremely quickly. I found R Reilly through trusted traders, and have been using them for the last 2+ years. They are brilliant - always courteous, prepared to go 'the extra mile' (when my brake lights stopped working, they fitted me in at 3pm, got a part delivered and had me back on the road by 5!), their prices are totally reasonable for the work done and I trust their carefully reasoned advice implicitly. (Which saves me money as often as it costs me anything!)
I just simply wouldn't go anywhere else!

This was my first visit - chosen because of review ratings. They had my car ready when I needed, gave good advice about next steps and helped to save me money by rotating tyres rather than replacing them. So much better than a main dealer. I will use them again.

Repairs:-  New coil, new brake pads front/rear, new spring etc.  Service/MOT: As normal very pleased with the work.

MOT and service: I have used this company to MOT and service my car for a few years having been recommended by my son.  They have also carried out other jobs on my car.  They always treat me courteously and undertaken the work quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

Carry out MOT.  Labour, change oil filter and top up all levels.  Eemove and replace N/S/F drop link: Happy with work that has been done.

Major service of car.  MOT test.  1 new tyre: Highly satisfied.  Would recommend to anybody.

Replace faulty rear o/s door lock mechanism.  (Skoda Fabia Classic): I have always found garage staff to be very efficient, courteous and v.good value for money.  (MOTs, repairs, service etc), and have recommended them to other people.

MOT test.  Brake pads fitted and sensors.  Track control arm fitted.  Wiper blades fitted.  Ball joint work done: No comment given on form.

Repair puncture, check rear suspension and look at why the car was not always starting first time: Could not fault the service.  I have used this garage for several years and would not go anywhere else.  They are very reliable and trusting.  They don't try and pull the wool over your eyes by telling you your car needs this, that or the next thing done when it doesn't.

Full MOT, although I have used this garage for over 10 years and have had a first class service in all these years and visits: They are 1st class, go that extra mile to help you.
