Efficient, Friendly and Professional-what more could you ask for.
Arranging to come and assess job, sending quotes, then turning up on time and completing the job within a day and then producing a final invoice. All within a week. They are the definition EFFICIENT!
From the initial call from Nicky to arrange to come visit and assess the job to the guys leaving here at gone 5pm on a Friday night they where all so friendly and helpful explaining what they where doing and taking the time to talk to the kids and even showing to the kids what’s under the floor in there house. Every interaction any of us had with them was positive and FRIENDLY.
As for PROFESSIONALISM they hit it 100%. Quotes and invoices sent on time. Communicated well both in phone calls and throughout there time on site. Worked efficiently all day, with great workmanship. They tidied up after themselves, hoovered in the gym when they had done and even placed everything back in the garage before they left.
If every tradesman worked like those that work at ProElectrix every project you undertake would be a stress free joy! Don’t waste your time with anyone else, I highly recommend!

Excellent work done updating consumer box

I recently had a full house rewire done by Pro Electrix on short notice. After comparing quotes from four different companies, I chose them because none of the others gave me the same level of confidence.

They completely rewired my 3-bedroom house in just a week to an excellent finish, and I have absolutely no complaints. The staff were incredibly easy to talk to and very accommodating, listening to and implementing changes on the fly while the job was underway. I really appreciate their hard work and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I had a cooker switch needing replaced due to not being able to switch the switch off which could be a fire hazard and potentially a emergency, called this company and within an hour of first call they were here and replaced.

Very professional guys 100%, very prompt, friendly, reliable, polite, attention to detail, tidy up after work completed, fantastic excellent work and would use them again, very knowledgeable and know there work unlike other company's who don't.

Really pleased with the electrical work carried out by Nicky and his team at Pro Electrix (Scotland) LTD. They were initially brought in as part of a garage conversion, but such was the high standard of their work that we asked them to carry out additional lighting and socket installations throughout the house.
Communication was excellent throughout, ensuring everything was done exactly as required. They also offered some very helpful suggestions on the placement of lighting and sockets, both internally and externally, which made a real difference to the end result. Would highly recommend

Full wiring of 47m2 extension: kitchen, utility, shower room.

Work covered kitchen appliances, lighting, central heating with additional controls for underfloor heating, new consumer unit, smoke/heat/CO2 alarms etc.

8 LED down lights upgraded to fire rated; 4 LED down light bulbs replaced; dimmer switch switch changed to two-way switch; old style tube light upgraded to LED tube in the store; under kitchen cabinet old style light upgraded to LED.

Nicky of Pro Electrix (Scotland) Ltd came and met me, discussed the works and very quickly provided quotes of alternative options, his communication back and forth was prompt and when an issue arose on another job that delayed him he communicated that to me.

He was professional in his approach to doing the job, excellent conduct and tidiness, and he recommended, at no additional cost a better solution for one of the replacement lights.

Overall, very pleased with products he recommended, his workmanship, communications and value for money.
