Jamie has done multiple jobs for us:
- All the electrics for a bathroom refurb (new lighting, installing a heated towel rail, lit mirror)
- Replacing light fixtures in a hallway
- Connecting up new electric radiators throughout our flat
- Safety checks on pre-existing electric works
Jamie is highly professional and very polite. He is always on time, has done extra work on short notice for us, and completes work to a high standard. He makes sure to leave things clean and tidy afterwards - always disposes of any waste from the work, ensures he wears coverings to keep flooring clean as he works.

Perry Electrical are a pleasure to have in your home - competent, reliable, courteous, diligent, communicative and quiet in the house. Jamie has also identified snagging faults with procured devices and proposed solutions. He is very knowledgeable and approaches problems calmly and systematically.

We had new smoke alarms and a heat detector fitted to replace out of date alarms.
Jamie was highly professional and very efficient. He arrived promptly, did a very good job, tidying up perfectly afterwards. He was very knowledgeable, had a friendly and courteous manner and was extremely conscientious throughout our dealings with him.
We are very happy with his work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Jamie came to install an outdoor socket, distanced away from the house. It was a very professional and neat job, cabling along a fence and wall. jamie was great at explaining what he had done and the safety elements (isolation switch). I have and will continue to recommend Jamie as his work is top notch.

We asked Jamie to fit a wall light, switches and sockets in a difficult area of our house. He gave a lot of thought as to how to overcome the problems involved, which he did very successfully.
Jamie is an excellent tradesman and is extremely tidy.
He was also able to provide proof of the main equipotential bonding which is required for the property.
I can’t rate Jamie high enough and will definitely use him again in the future

He did the job all on the day it was promised and despite it taking a little longer than he hoped the price didn’t change.

We've had Perry Electrical do quite a bit of work in our house over 4 or 5 visits, he originally came to us through a very good recommendation from another business and family friend. The original job was for soffit lights when other companies didn't seem interested, after that first job we both really liked Jamie and were very happy with his work. Since then we've had him back to install lights and sockets in the attic, further soffit lights at the front of the house and recently he was here for a couple of days and extensively complied an itinerary of everything electrical in the house for an 8 page EIRC Electrical certificate after uncovering an issue the previous owners had been unaware of, We highly recommend this company 100%
