I offer everything from grass / hedge cutting / pruning / fencing / turfing / garden tidy ups / landscaping / all rubbish removed.
I have worked on small estates and farms were I have done fencing to ditch digging ect. My horticulture training was done at Edinburgh University and Oatridge college in1986.
I am hard working, honest and very passionate about my business and about keeping costs as low as possible for my clients. I have liability insurance, SEPA licence and a Scotvec certificate

Mark double fenced the garden of my new build. Responsive to messages, happy to come out and quote/discuss, and then did the job on time and to the agreed budget. He kept me posted as he went along and checked before cutting boards to confirm I was happy with his plan. I would recommend him for any garden jobs.

Called in Mark to help us out after the recent storm brought down our fences. He was thoroughly professional and explained what would be needed throughout the whole repair. Arrived when he said he would. Very happy with the results and would use his services again if required.

Mark did a great job putting up our new fence. Highly professional, and very hard working - especially in the recent bad weather. Even managed to help out our neighbours following damage to their own fence. Quote was very reasonable, and Mark’s communication throughout the job was great. Highly recommended!

Mark (Muddy Boots) replaced two wooden fences for us in the back garden over three days. He proved himself to be reliable and a hard worker. Mark was brilliant from start to finish. Reliable hard working guy. Always arrived on time. Did a great job of clearing and laying new turf, he also replaced an old fence and all done in 3 days. Would highly recommend. Genuinely nice guy and not over priced.

Mark put up some trellises against a long brick wall for us. He was prompt and polite and we are very pleased with his work. He kept us up to date with any issues and offered options and advice.

Mark is excellent and we can highly recommended him.
He had previously planted the green hedges in our front garden and now he removed the grass from both front and back gardens and he laid the turf.

Mark had previously built a replacement new fence dividing my garden from my neighbours which was done to a very high standard. Mark has come back to replace my two side gates.
As a suggestion from Mark to have Grey steel posts I went along with his advice and have been completely surprised how effective the gates now look with new panels to complete the job.
Mark is a very professional Joiner, takes his time to complete each task of the job with pride and I would be very happy to recommend him for any joinery projects that I would make in the future.

Mark expanded the paving area for my patio. Everything was great from start to finish - he provided a very transparent quote, and explained everything to me clearly. He completed the job beautifully and gave me lots of great advice too (I am a novice gardener). I would definitely recommend Muddy Boots, and will use Mark's services again if I need more work doing.

Built a fence in the garden, did a good job. We had to submit documents to the council due to shared garden with the neighbor. He was very helpful, the job was done as quoted, no delays, no issues.

We needed a section of the fence in the back garden replaced. Mark came around to have a look and provide us with an estimate. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, and we appreciated that he looked at pragmatic ways to keep the cost down without compromising on the overall quality of the job - such as reusing the fence posts which were still sturdy and didn't need to be replaced.
On the day of the job, he ensured the work was done properly and to a good standard. We are pleased with the new fence and gate and would be happy to use his services again.
