We had an excellent service from Martin from initial enquiry through to completion of the work of quite a large job of windows and doors replacement. All emails were answered the same day, the estimate was very detailed. Martin and joiner Rab, were friendly, helpful and arrived on time/as stated. The area was left tidy and clean at the end of each day. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and indeed intend to use them next year for a conservatory repair/refurbish.

Recently had our windows replaced by Martin on recommendation from numerous neighbours, and he didn’t disappoint. Excellent service, value for money and we are really impressed with the quality of the windows. Very quick, clean and efficient service, would not hesitate to recommend.

Martin fitted a new back door for us with the design and look we requested. He gave us a competitive quote and carried out the work to our total satisfaction. He arrived at the arranged time and completed the work efficiently and tidily.
It’s not the first installation MP has done for us and we still get people admiring the front door and windows he fitted several years ago.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Martin if want replacement doors or windows.

We had a number of new windows fitted, some other glazing in existing windows replaced, and internal glass doors replaced with safety glass. Throughout the process, Martin was always reliable, helpful, professional and skillful. I have no hestitation at all in recommending him very highly.

I’ve previously had work done by Martin on two other occasions when he did a fantastic job fitting 2 new external doors & 6 external windows. On both occasions I’ve left him a really positive 5* review.
However, on this occasion I’ve felt let down by the service provided.
Hence this negative review.
Ive found Martins communication on this occasion to be far from professional.
I contacted him 6 weeks ago in regards to replacing the locks on both external doors and as yet the issue remains unfixed.
Martin was meant to do the job 3 weeks ago but didn’t show and I’ve heard nothing since. It’s disappointing to say the least.
