Got in touch with this service and got a return call from Jay within a few days. Jay arranged a time to visit and assessed what was needed to fix the windows . And texted when he had priced the parts and cost of work. Date agreed to come and complete. Jay had a friendly manner and explained what he was doing and what was needed. Would have no problems with recommending Jay (MP Windows Direct) service. And phoning if I need Windows fixed in the future.

I had a window replaced. The work was carried out efficiently and well and at a time that suited. Really pleased with the end results.

Second piece of work carried out by MP Windows - this time a composite door with new windows above it. It probably wasn't the easiest job for the guys, due to the non-standard sizes for an older property, and it required a bit more work and time than originally thought. No problems though as Jay stayed on to make sure everything was completed. We are more than happy with the work and wouldn't have any reservations using the company again and recommending them to other people.

This is my first feedback which is addressed more to the other customers than the company itself. I am very happy and pleased with the job done so I feel obligated to share that. It was very hard to choose the right one to replace my old wooden windows and the front door. I chose MP and for reason. The price was great and all the process was smooth and as expected. No rush and no push. Jay is a very nice person to communicate with and extremely professional. Always on time from start to finish and all the work has been done in the timeframe promised. Helping to make the right choice and very informative all the way. Clean and tidy. Once the job was done Jay offer to foam and fix two windows installed by another company at no extra costs which was beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend. Thank you MP!

Two old timber framed windows replaced. Jay and Sean worked in the most awful weather on the replacements and got the job done in the timescales given. They did a fantastic job, the windows look so much better than our old ones and will take less upkeep. We would definitely recommend this company and are planning for them to carry out some further work on our property.

I had been looking for quotes to replace the windows in my third floor beachfront flat and had ended up feeling lost as I was being told all sorts of different things by every company that came round (there are height and safety regulations for third floor windows).

Jay came round initially to chat with me, take measurements and have a look at my existing windows & height and I instantly felt trust. He knew exactly what the regulations were and suggested window types that would suit both my flat and what I wanted - I have amazing views so he took that into consideration aswell as the fact that I had to follow the height regulations. I was then pleasantly surprised with the reasonable quote that I was sent across and was so pleased to go ahead with the work from Jay and his team.
I didn't have to wait long to have my beautiful new windows installed and on the day Jay and his team came over everything was respectfully done, immaculate work and the clean up was fab (despite me telling them not to bother as they had been working so hard until after hours to get my windows finished that same day!). I was really impressed.

I had a new front door and side unit replaced with a composite door and triple glazing. The trader was very good and gave me quotes for a no. of possible options. I was provided with a very useful and comprehensive brochure and a website where I could choose different options which could be emailed to me. This was an extremely useful tool. When I chose my preferred option, another visit was arranged just to check measurements and an installation date was determined very quickly after that. Jay arrived when he said he would and the 2 men worked solidly until the work was completed. Everything was tidied up and taken away when they finished. The door looks exactly as I had chosen and seems very solid and secure. I am very pleased with the new door and with the trader.

Done extremely good work with all new windows and front door. Was open and honest with timeframes and would highly recommend

This is the 2nd time we have used MP Windows - great customer service, honest (was looking to replace another window and I was told not to based on it's age, from my experience not all businesses would have done that).

I was looking to replace seven very old uPVC windows and approached MP Windows for a quote, as they were personally recommend to me by previous happy customer. Jay and Martin turned up as scheduled and were very knowledgeable and patient in answering questions which helped me choose the correct design of windows.
Despite coming up against hidden issues during the install, the windows were fitted within the scheduled timescale, with no mess or fuss. The final finish is excellent and I'm delighted with the end result and my house is so much warmer now.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MP Windows.

First class work from start to finish and very helpful and tidy. Put our venetian blinds back up , went and got us a new doorbell ,fixed the alarm back up .

Very neat job replacing one window. Hardly any touching up to do. Very nice window. Only drawback is the draught that comes in through the trickle vents when strong winds - they are quite large so I had to pack with foam insulating tape during the storms. Solved the problem nicely. Shame building regulations insist they are fitted. I use a dehumidifier all year round so never have problems with mould/damp.

I contacted Jay and Martin through the Trusted Trader website to replace all the windows and doors on our house.
They were very professional and helpful, assisting in choosing the best options and giving swift and competitive estimates. They were prompt and efficient.
All the work is to the highest standards looks great and they did a great job of clearing up afterwards!

We needed ancient doubling glazing replaced and Jay came and gave us a quote and measured up what we needed. We decided to start with the two rooms where we felt we needed them most, plus some pvc put over wood cladding up one side wall. The windows were ordered and we were kept up to date about when we could expect to receive them and when the work could be done. Jay and a joiner colleague came and did the work in one day including an additional little repair we needed. They kept internal mess to an absolute minimum and tidied up everything and took rubbish away when finished. It ended up taking longer than expected due to the exact nature of the work but Jay stayed until it was complete by which time it was dark. We are really happy with the windows and the external work and will return to this company for our other windows in future.

MP Windows Direct installed two new bedroom windows in my house. They did a brilliant job at a very competitive price. I would recommend them and will be using them again.
