MDS Security Systems were asked to upgrade our house intruder alarm system. The work was quickly completed on the date agreed and their engineer made an excellent job of repairing the wall where the new smaller digital box was installed. We would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone thinking of having a new system installed or an existing system updated.

We messaged MDS at 7am this morning. By 9.15 we had an engineer at the house sorting our beeping burglar alarm. This is such a fast service!

We had a single CCTV camera installed for the outside of our property. The level of service, from initial enquiry to carrying out the work, was excellent. Would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the service and new alarm system. the cost and various option were explained beforehand so there were no surprises. The fitter was friendly and efficient, going through the set-up when it was installed.
I had some follow-up questions which were answered quickly, and a change to the system which was done within a couple of days. I'd highly recommend.

Mike prepared the ground carefully , discussing my needs here . Paperwork followed swiftly and was clear and helpful . We refined the list as installation drew near . The engineer who carried out the work was punctual, enormously hardworking - and very persistent in solving one unforeseen problem . Throughout , Mike has been available to alter or explain , and costings were adhered to . In all ,excellent service in every way .

Mike’s service was excellent from beginning to end. Quick to respond with a quotation, agree a date and install. He arrived on time and was courteous throughout his visit. Despite a couple of small technical issues with the app (outside his control) he persevered and ensured we were happy that we got exactly what we expected. Have already recommended him to a couple of neighbours.

Mike has completed a CCTV installation at my property. Prior to the installation work I gave him a description of what I required and Mike tweaked the design into a better workable solution. The work was undertaken in a neat and professional manner without any delays. I found Mike to be friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable.
