Home alarm installed with CCTV. Mike did a great job. Reliable and trustworthy.

We had an intruder alarm fitted for the first time and Mike gave us excellent advice, guiding us through the details competently and patiently. He also responded very promptly to any questions we had after installation. We would not hesitate to recommend both MDS and the system we had fitted.

First Class Service
Mike was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. He did an emergency disconnection of our old alarm system during the night then recommended a new system. The new system was fitted with minimum disruptions, very clean, tidy and respectful.

Mike (MDS Security Systems) installed an Intruder Alarm System and HD CCTV System. The process was excellent from the initial visit to final installation. Mike is friendly, professional, honest and knowledgeable about his products and offered options and simple explanations to allow the right choice to be made. Mike was also very accommodating during the house refurbishment which meant he had to make multiple visits. The products installed are also easily accessed and managed on mobile phones which is very useful. The product prices were competitive and Mike's customer service excellent I would highly recommend Mike and MDS Security Systems.

MDS Security did a fantastic job from start to finish. The quote arrived promptly after the site visit, installation happened on time and efficiently with no disruption to our office. Everything was tidied up afterwards and since installation the system has performed really well. Thanks again for a first class service cannot recommend the team highly enough.

Mike very recently provided and fitted a security system at my home address. He attended punctually when carrying out a site survey and was very helpful in assisting us to get the correct system to meet our requirements at a very competitive price.
On the day of fitting he arrived on time and completed all works professionally and without any fuss.
He is a warm and very knowledgeable individual with excellent communication skills who explained the operation of the system in a clear manner to my wife and I who are not great with technology!
I would not hesitate to recommend Mike to any prospective clients.
