We had MDS Security System install a CCTV system to our home. Mike and his team provided us with various options, which we were able to alter to suit our needs.
We were very happy with the quality of system that we had installed. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and are very happy with the system that was put in place.. Would definitely recommend them if you need any security systems installed into your home.

Mike provided an excellent service from start to finish. Mike responded to my email enquiry promptly, providing information and a suggested package for our needs. This was then fitted within a week of us moving in to our house, and Mike even came back to sort out the phone app when our internet arrived.

We had a new alarm system installed by Mike. He was punctual, professional and courteous. He listened to our requirements regarding tailoring the system to our needs and carried this out to our complete satisfaction.
On the day of the installation Mike arrived early, carried out the work efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. He ensured that we were fully conversant with the operating procedures.
We would certainly use Mike again for any future work and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Mike was a really quick and very reliable. He came when he said he would and was very tidy, cleaned up.
He fitted a system which I’m very happy with only focusing on my own property which was important not to overlook neighbours gardens.

Initially I had an issue with an old alarm system. Mike came out and diagnosed the issue. However I decided that I would upgrade the system and also have a security light installed. I was emailed a price and then agreed the installation date which turned out to be a very wet day. Mike arrived on time and carried out all the work very efficiently including the outside work. Delighted with the results and price.

We needed a simple, wired alarm system quickly. Mike managed to fit us in around other work so that it could be done in time. All of the work was clearly explained and agreed. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The actual work was excellent- neat and not disruptive. The system works fine. Just what we wanted.

Mike’s service was excellent from beginning to end. Quick to respond with a quotation, agree a date and install. He arrived on time and was courteous throughout his visit. Despite a couple of small technical issues with the app (outside his control) he persevered and ensured we were happy that we got exactly what we expected. Have already recommended him to a couple of neighbours.

We contacted Mike from MDS Security Systems when we had a problem with our very old alarm system after finding him on the East Lothian Trusted Trader website. He came quickly and checked our system for us, talking us through the problems he had found. He made it safe and gave us options to consider when we said we wanted it replaced. He responded to queries by email to help us make the right choice for our particular needs.
When we had made our decision, he returned and fitted a new system quickly and neatly. At each step of the way, he made us aware of the options available to us. He was cheerful, helpful and professional throughout. We are pleased to recommend him with thanks for his excellent service.
