The engineer who carried out the work was punctual, enormously hardworking - and very persistent in solving one unforeseen problem . Throughout , Mike has been available to alter or explain , and costings were adhered to . In all ,excellent service in every way .

Very happy with the service and new alarm system. the cost and various option were explained beforehand so there were no surprises. The fitter was friendly and efficient, going through the set-up when it was installed.

Since then I have had to call on MDS to deal with a couple of issues caused by additional work on the house (not related to their installation). Initially I had an issue with an old alarm system. Mike came out and diagnosed the issue. However I decided that I would upgrade the system and also have a security light installed. Mike (MDS Security Systems) installed an Intruder Alarm System and HD CCTV System. The process was excellent from the initial visit to final installation. Install intruder alarm to our property: Mike helped us tailor an effective alarm package for our property that incorporated perimeter and internal cover within our budget.  We agreed an installation date and Mike turned up on time and completed the work with minimal disruption leaving the house clean and tidy.  Mike ran through the security features of our new system with us until we were happy on how to operate it.  This was followed up a day or so later with a call to find out if everything was OK.  Mike took payment on completion of the installation and left us with a one year warranty and options for service plan following on from this.  Delighted with the system, the quality of installation and workmanship.  Would not hesitate in recommending Mike to anyone who required a security system.
