Melville and Whitson are brilliant Plumbers. The job gets done in good time and I always trust them to do a good job. Their engineers are polite and well presented and Danni in the office is super efficient and always cheery on the phone. 10/10, couldn't recommend more highly.

There were several things that impressed me:
Work and supply of materials and parts were well organised.
The trades (plumbers, joiners, tilers, plasterers) were well skilled.
They cleaned up after every days work.
All carpets and floors where they passed through were protected beforehand.
All rubbish was removed as they went along.
Everyone was helpful.
They did not stop working, 10 minutes for a cup of tea and they were off again.
Final product was what we had envisaged.

Removal of cast fire insert and installation of gas fire: Very satisfied with work carried out

Bathroom upgrade:-  replacement toilet, wash hand basin and new shower installation.  New flooring and wet walls. Upgrade plumbing.  Upgrade electrical installation: First class job from initial survey, complete quote and associated works.  Quality of work and workmanship excellent plus post installation review following completion of work.  Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Melville Whitson.

Fix gas escape in hob pipework: Came same day.  Both Danni and the fitter were professional and impressive.

Replaced c/h oil boiler: A good job completed on time and to cost.

Servicing of gas fire: From initial contact with office to tradesman completing job all efficient and courteous.  Would recommend.

Standard boiler service followed by request for quotation to: (a) replace boiler fill and return valve, (b) replace waste kit under kitchen sink to prevent leakages, (c) adjust alignment of hall radiator, (d) replace damaged chrome towel rail in bathroom: Prompt and polite service on initial enquiry phone call.  Helpful and efficient engineer when boiler was serviced.  Full details taken of extra work requested and a no-obligation quote provided by post.  Work carried out to an excellent standard and all 4 areas have made a considerable difference to appearance/comfort of home.  Thank You.  Fantastic service!
