Leaking towel rail and services to boiler and gas fire. Prompt response when emailed Stevie the engineer arrived next day. Did a great job with a can-do attitude to resolve a problem repressurising the boiler.

We had anold Oil Boiler replaced with a modern system to the current standards. The work was done as planned and several other small issues with the existing system that were not strictly part of the planned work were corrected at no extra cost. Very impressed. Nice people and excellent work.

Having worked in the construction industry in England ,Wales and now Scotland, developing 8 properties between us, my wife and I would consider ouselves experienced within the industry. We found Melville Whitson and Muir second to none within their field. They carried out a complex 2 boiler residential hot water & heating system which included both radiators and wet under floor heating system complete with low loss header, This system efficiently heats and provides hot water to a period 1872 Victorian property we renovated within Dunbar.
We would recommend them and would 100% use them in new projects.

MWM carried out some repairs and improvement work to our bathroom. Kevin's communication and advice was excellent throughout. He listened to what we needed and helped us find the right solutions for our space and budget. The on-site team arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently to get the work done in the agreed timeframe, and left the bathroom in excellent condition. A great service all round, and we'd definitely use MWM again.

Annual boiler and radiator servicing

We engaged Melville Whitson & Muir to help with our underfloor heating system. The work involved a complete change of the existing manifolds for our existing system on both the ground floor and first floor together with installation of thermostats to regulate the temperature throughout the house.
The work was completed by Chris and Stevie in a very professional manner despite the ground floor manifold not being easily accessible. There were never any problems presented only solutions. The work was completed within the time given and we are extremely happy with the final outcome and would have no hesitation in using the company for any further work or indeed recommending them to others.

Gas fire service. Done a few times by this company and always done tidily and professionally.

Just moved into a new home with an oil boiler and was unsure when it was last serviced. I am new to an oil boiler and it is positioned outside the house. Ryan from MWM arrived and answered my many questions as to how it works, After opening the protective housing he gave me an overview as to how the controls operate. After the service he explained the work he had done and assured me the boiler is operating as it should. More good news was when I received the bill by email and it seemed very reasonable. I will certainly get MWM to service my boiler next year and sort any faults if required. Thank you Ryan and Allan who i first made contact with.
